摘要： Cable storage drum-reels, methods and systems are provided for deploying and retracting at least one push-cable with a distally mounted camera into and out of a pipe or cavity for applications such as plumbing and underground utility location. In an exemplary embodiment, a cable storage drum may include a centrally mounted axially projecting hub, and a housing to removably receive and rotatably support the cable storage drum. The housing may include an inside portion, and an outside portion with a front face and a rear face. The front face has an opening and is sloped inward toward the inside portion of the drum allowing a push-cable to be directed as desired into the cable storage drum and around the drum-reel. One or more cable guide points may be included for providing additional directional guidance of the push-cable into the drum and onto the hub.

摘要： A portable expandable device with a contracting mechanism which allows for many forms of recreational products and structures to be expanded, reinforced in the expanded shape, and then contracted easily to regain its portable form. The expansion means is exercised by the use of at least one of the following, resiliently extending, unfolding, inflating, as to become an expanding form which can then be easily retracted to the redeployed form. The retraction mechanism reverses the expansion process utilizing a mechanism which sequentially exerts the forces needed in the proper locations in order to ensure proper contraction. Disclosed embodiments utilized supplemental structural reinforcement of the expanded form through the use of joints, releasable interlocks, latching mechanisms, air bladders, to ensure the form is stable and usable. The objective being a stable structure with a rapid and easy deployment and a supplemental retraction means as to be easily transportable.

摘要： A hoisting system is for hoisting a vertically-suspended object. The hoisting system has a winch having a winch drum with a hoisting rope. A first part of the hoisting rope has a first diameter and a second part has a second diameter being larger than the first diameter. The first part is connected with a first end of the second part. The first part is an inner part on the winch drum when the winch drum is completely wound. The second part has a further end that is connectable to the object for hoisting the object. A ratio between the first diameter and the second diameter is such that the minimum breakable load of the first part differs less than a factor of four from the minimum breakable load of the second part, and preferably less than a factor of three. A corresponding method is disclosed.

摘要： A lifting cabinet includes a transmission assembly and a power unit for raising and lowering a shelf. The transmission assembly comprises a first transmission unit, comprising a screw rod which is connected with a driving device and a sliding piece which is connected with the lifting shelf, and the sliding piece is coupled to the screw rod. The screw rod rotates under the action of the driving device and drives the sliding piece to move back and forth along the axis of the screw rod; and then the sliding piece drives the lifting shelf to move up and down. For the lifting cabinet and the power unit thereof, the transmission assembly converts a rotary motion outputted from the driving device into a linear motion through the cooperation between the screw rod and the sliding piece, and a greater axial force is thereby outputted. Thus, a relatively small motor with a lower output torque can be used in the lifting cabinet to drive a lifting shelf of the same weight when compared to the conventional lifting cabinet, and the problem of large motor in conventional lifting cabinet taking up too much space is thereby solved.
