摘要: A gas sensor (1) including a sensor element (10) and a separator (90) having an element hole (90 h), as viewed from one of a forward-end or a rear-end side in the axial direction. The separator has end surfaces (90 e) located axially farthest toward the one of the forward-end or the rear-end side, recess regions (90 h), (90 r 1) and (90 r 2) recessed from the end surfaces, and regions R1 and R2. First regions R1 are determined by eliminating a region SB occupied by the sensor element from a region SA defined by imaginary short-side lines and the outer edge of the separator. Second regions R2 are determined by eliminating the region SB from a region SC defined by imaginary long-side lines and the outer edge of the separator. S2/S1≥0.5 is satisfied, where S1 is the total area of R1 and R2, and S2 is the total area of the recess regions.

摘要: Systems and methods for thermally processing composite components are provided. In one exemplary aspect, a system includes a thermal system, a mover device, and a control system. The system also includes a plurality of vessels in which one or more components may be placed. The vessels are similarly shaped and configured. A vessel containing the one or more components therein may be mounted into a chamber defined by the thermal system during thermal processing. The thermal system and vessels include features that allow components to be thermally processed, e.g., compacted, burnt-out, and densified via a melt-infiltration process, a polymer impregnation and pyrolyzing process, or a chemical vapor infiltration process. utilizing the same thermal system and common vessel design. The control system may control the thermal system and mover device to automate thermal processing of the composite components.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing an artificial graphite electrode that enables kneading and subsequent mixing to be carried out without having to increase an amount of binder pitch used even in the case of needle coke having a large pore volume. An artificial graphite electrode is produced by kneading binder pitch with needle coke, and performing extrusion molding and then performing baking and graphitization process on the same, wherein a process for kneading the binder pitch with needle coke includes at least two separate kneading stages, and the amount of binder pitch added and kneading time in these kneading stages satisfy a kneading index as represented by formula (1) below within a range of 0.1 to 0.7. Kneading index=(a1/A)×(t1/T)  (1)

摘要: The present disclosure provides an electronic cigarette atomizer, including an atomization assembly and a liquid reservoir engaging with the atomization assembly; the liquid reservoir includes a liquid storage cavity; wherein the atomization assembly includes a lower holder, an upper holder installed on the lower holder, and a heating assembly clamped between the lower and the upper holders; the heating assembly includes a porous body and at least one heater engaging with the porous body, and the porous body has an atomizing surface and a liquid-absorbing surface; and the liquid-absorbing surface communicates with the liquid storage cavity, and an atomization cavity is formed between the atomizing surface and the lower holder. In the present disclosure, the heating assembly is a porous body and is clamped by the upper holder and the lower holder, thus, the structure is stable and the assembly of the heating assembly is facilitated.
