摘要： An unnatural amino acid may have a structure as shown in formula (1) or may be an enantiomer thereof:




Such unnatural amino acid may be used, e.g., in recombinant proteins. A recombinant protein may contain such unnatural amino acid and a protein conjugate prepared from the recombinant protein. The unnatural amino acid can be simple and convenient to prepare, safe in nature, difficult to inactivate when inserted into a protein, and may have a high binding rate with a coupling moiety, and the obtained conjugate is higher in stability. The unnatural amino acid is applicable to numerous fields, especially in preparation of a recombinant protein or a recombinant protein conjugate.

摘要： A method of conversion of thioimidates into amidines includes reacting a starting material compound including a thioimidate with a nitrogen-containing reagent to form a product compound including an amidine in place of the thioimidate in the starting material compound. The nitrogen-containing reagent includes a primary amine, a secondary amine, an ammonium salt, or a combination thereof. The thioimidate includes —S—R1, wherein R1 is substituted or unsubstituted (C1-C20)hydrocarbyl. A method of forming a cyclized product includes intramolecularly reacting an amidine with a carbonyl carbon to form the cyclized product including a 4H-imidazolone and/or a derivative thereof.

摘要： The present invention relates to a strong base-initiated N-carboxyanhydride rapid ring-opening polymerisation method. Specifically, the method comprises steps of: performing a polymerisation reaction with one or more amino acid N-carboxyanhydride monomers in an organic solvent in the presence of an initiator, so as to form an amino acid polymer, wherein the initiator is selected from the following group: LiHMDS, NaHMDS, KHMDS, or a combination thereof. The method significantly increases the speed of traditional NCA polymerisation and prepares a long-chain polymer, and the prepared amino acid polymer may be used as an anti-bacterial material, an anti-tumour material, a tissue engineering scaffold or a self-assembling material.

摘要： The present invention relates to novel liquid pharmaceutical compositions of adalimumab, which include adalimumab or a biosimilar thereof, an acetate buffering agent/system such as sodium acetate/acetic acid, and a sugar stabiliser such as trehalose. Such a combination of components furnishes formulations having a stability (e.g. on storage and when exposed to stress) which is comparable to or an improvement upon those known in the art, and with fewer ingredients. Such advances will help adalimumab treatments to become more widely available at lower cost, and prolong the viability of pre-loaded delivery devices (e.g. pre-filled syringes) to reduce unnecessary waste of the drug.
