    摘要: The invention provides a method for producing an oxymethylene copolymer including a polymerization step for cationically polymerizing trioxane and a comonomer at a polymerization temperature of from 135 to 300° C. in the presence of at least one salt of a protonic acid having a molecular weight of 1,000 or less, and at least one polymerization initiator selected from the group consisting of protonic acids having a molecular weight of 1,000 or less, protonic acid anhydrides having a molecular weight of 1,000 or less, and protonic acid ester compounds having a molecular weight of 1,000 or less; wherein the total concentration of metal components contained in the trioxane and comonomer used in the polymerization step is 300 ppb by mass or less.

The method includes supplying a raw material including trioxane or the like to a reaction device; obtaining a reaction mixture by carrying out a polymerization reaction of the raw material in the state where the rotating shafts are inclined by 1 to 6° upwards with respect to the horizontal direction H from the introduction opening towards a polyacetal copolymer recovery portion; vaporizing and separating an unreacted monomer from the reaction mixture using a vaporization and separation portion; re-supplying the unreacted monomer to the reaction device; and recovering the polyacetal copolymer from the reaction using a polyacetal copolymer recovery portion.

    摘要: The present invention belongs to the field of preparation of high performance polymers, and specifically relates to a low dielectric constant polymer containing dinaphthyl and hexafluorocyclobutyl ether units, and preparation method and use thereof. The polymer is prepared as follows: under the effect of an alkali, 1-naphthol bromotetrafluoroethane ether is prepared from 1-naphthol and tetrafluorodibromoethane in an organic solvent, and then reduced by a zinc powder so as to obtain 1-naphthol trifluorovinyl ether. 1-naphthol trifluorovinyl ether is treated at a high temperature to obtain a bisnaphthol hexafluorocyclobutyl ether monomer. The monomer is subjected to oxidative coupling in the presence of ferric trichloride so as to obtain a thermal polymer containing dinaphthyl and hexafluorocyclobutyl structural units with a good film-forming property, and in a nitrogen atmosphere, the temperature for 5% weight loss (Td5%) of the obtained film is 437° C., and the carbon residue yield at 1000° C. is 54.24%. The dielectric constant (30 MHz) of the film is 2.33. The polymer is suitable for use in the electronic and electrical industries as an insulation coating layer and an encapsulating material for electron components.

The stability additive can be post added to the finished polymer product, added to the reaction vessel prior to inducing functionalization of the non-functionalized polymer, or added at any stage during the functionalization reaction. Methods for forming the composition and using the composition to produce a cellulosic fiber-based medium are also disclosed.
