    摘要: A composition for forming resist underlayer film for nanoimprinting includes novolac resin that has a repeating unit structure represented by formula (1). In formula (1), group A represents organic group having an aromatic ring, a condensed aromatic ring, or a condensed aromatic heterocycle, group B represents organic group having an aromatic ring or a condensed aromatic ring, group E represents a single bond or a branched or straight-chain C1-10 alkylene group that may be substituted and may include an ether bond and/or a carbonyl group, group D represents organic group that has 1 to 15 carbon atoms and is represented by formula (2) (in which R1, R2, and R3 each independently represent a fluorine atom, or a straight-chain, branched-chain, or cyclic alkyl group, and any two of R1, R2, and R3 may be bonded to one another to form a ring), and n represents a number from 1 to 5.

    摘要: An auristatin compound conjugate is provided herein. The conjugate comprises a protein based recognition-molecule (PBRM) and a polymeric carrier substituted with one or more -LD-D, the protein based recognition-molecule being connected to the polymeric carrier by LP. Each occurrence of D is independently an auristatin compound having a molecular weight ≤5 kDa. LD and LP are distinct linkers connecting the auristatin compound and PBRM to the polymeric carrier respectively. Also disclosed are polymeric scaffolds useful for conjugating with a PBRM to form a polymer-auristatin compound-PBRM conjugate described herein, compositions comprising the conjugates, methods of their preparation, and methods of treating various disorders with the conjugates or their compositions.

    摘要: A high-quality polyacetal copolymer produced by a simple process and in an economical manner. The method includes supplying a raw material including trioxane or the like to a reaction device; obtaining a reaction mixture by carrying out a polymerization reaction of the raw material in the state where the rotating shafts are inclined by 1 to 6° upwards with respect to the horizontal direction H from the introduction opening towards a polyacetal copolymer recovery portion; vaporizing and separating an unreacted monomer from the reaction mixture using a vaporization and separation portion; re-supplying the unreacted monomer to the reaction device; and recovering the polyacetal copolymer from the reaction using a polyacetal copolymer recovery portion.
