摘要: This process for synthesizing thiopolymers involves feeding elemental sulfur or sulfides and unsaturated hydrocarbons into an extruder. The extruder is comprised of a screw and a barrel. The screw is rotated so as to pressurize, heat and mix the sulfur or sulfides and unsaturated hydrocarbon to induce inverse vulcanization thereby producing thiopolymers such as polymeric polysulfides. The invented process can be accomplished by using sulfur which becomes molten at the conditions in the extruder or is preheated and unsaturated hydrocarbons as the starting material. The materials are fed through one or more extruders so as to induce mixing and reaction of the materials forming polysulfides.

摘要: A polymer composition comprising carbon nanostructures dispersed within a polymer matrix that includes a thermoplastic polymer having a deflection temperature under load of about 40° C. or more as determined in accordance with ISO 75:2013 at a load of 1.8 MPa and a melting temperature of about 140° C. or more is provided. The carbon nanostructures include carbon nanotubes that are arranged in a network having a web-like morphology and optionally disposed on a substrate.

摘要: A lacquer composition is provided, comprising 20%-79.9% by weight, based on the total weight of the composition, of a thiol compound having two or more thiol groups, 20%-79.9% by weight, based on the total weight of the composition, of a compound having two or more carbon-carbon double bonds and 0.1%-10% by weight, based on the total weight of the composition, of a separating agent having an alkyl radical having 4-20 carbon atoms, where the alkyl radical is unsubstituted or fluorine-substituted and the alkyl radical is bonded to a functional group. Also provided are the use of this lacquer composition as a protective lacquer on an optical surface of an optical element in the production of the optical element, and an optical element comprising the protective lacquer.

摘要: A polyarylene sulfide copolymer has a glass transition temperature of 95° C. or higher and 190° C. or lower and has a melting point of 300° C. or lower or does not have a melting point, as measured by differential scanning calorimetry, and the copolymer containing as a structural unit arylene sulfide units having a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 1,000 or more and 10,000 or less. The polyarylene sulfide copolymer can be provided with high physical stability such as in rigidity at high temperature and excellent moldability and chemical resistance.

摘要: A polyphenylene sulfide resin composition exhibits excellent initial toughness and toughness after a long-term high temperature treatment typified by a tensile elongation at break after a dry heat treatment without impairing mechanical strength, chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties. The polyphenylene sulfide resin composition includes 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of an organosilane compound and 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a metal salt of phosphorus oxoacid based on 100 parts by weight of a polyphenylene sulfide resin, and a tensile elongation at break, which is measured in accordance with ASTM-D638 under the conditions of a tensile speed of 10 mm/min and an ambient temperature of 23° C. after treating at 200° C. for 500 hours using an ASTM No. 4 dumbbell test piece obtained by injection molding the composition, is 10% or more.
