摘要: A method of preparing biodegradable Zn—Mg—Bi zinc alloy includes: melting magnesium under an inert atmosphere to obtain a magnesium melt; adding bismuth particles to the magnesium melt followed by reaction under stirring and heat preservation treatment to obtain a Mg—Bi alloy melt; allowing the Mg—Bi alloy melt to stand in a furnace; subjecting the Mg—Bi alloy melt to refining, slagging-off, casting and demoulding to obtain Mg-50 wt. % Bi alloy ingot; melting zinc to obtain a zinc melt; adding the Mg-50 wt. % Bi alloy ingot and pure magnesium or pure bismuth followed by heating to a preset temperature, stirring and heat preservation to obtain a Zn—Mg—Bi alloy melt; allowing the Zn—Mg—Bi alloy melt to stand in a furnace followed by refining, slagging-off, casting and demoulding to obtain the biodegradable Zn—Mg—Bi zinc alloy.

摘要: The present invention relates to a plated steel sheet for hot stamping comprising a steel sheet and a Zn—Ni plating layer formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet, wherein the Zn—Ni plating layer has an Ni concentration of 8 mass % or more, a plating deposition amount of 10 g/m2 or more and 90 g/m2 or less per surface, and an average grain size of 50 nm or more, and a difference between a diffraction peak of the Zn—Ni plating layer after heat treating the plated steel sheet for hot stamping at 200° C. for 1 hour, and a diffraction peak of the Zn—Ni plating layer before heat treating it, is 0.3° or less.

摘要: The present invention relates to modified-metal -particles for corrosion-protection coatings 16 a method for their production and their use anti-corrosive coating compositions and methods for their use. The coating compositions include modified metal particles and a binding agent. The modified metal particles can include zino, aluminum, magnesium, bismuth, tin, nickel, or manganese as well as their mixtures and alloys thereof and have an inorganically-based surface modification in the form of a coating layer capable of imparting cathodic corrosion protection. Suitable surface modifications include a coating layer formed by an inorganic oxide including silicon dioxide, titanium oxide, zirconium oxide, and mixtures thereof.

摘要: A hot-stamping formed body includes: a steel sheet having a predetermined chemical composition; and a plating layer provided on a surface of the steel sheet, the plating layer having an adhesion amount of 10 g/m2 to 90 g/m2 and a Ni content of 10 mass % to 25 mass %, and containing a remainder consisting of Zn and impurities. The hot-stamping formed body includes, in a surface layer region of the steel sheet, an average grain size of prior austenite grains to 10.0 μm or less, a Ni concentration per unit area at grain boundaries having an average crystal orientation difference of 15° or more is 1.5 mass %/μm2 or more.

摘要: A hot-dip coated steel product including: a steel product; and a coating layer including a Zn—Al—Mg alloy layer disposed on a surface of the steel product, in which the Zn—Al—Mg alloy layer includes a Zn phase, an Al phase, and a MgZn2 phase, and contains a Mg—Sn intermetallic compound phase in the Zn phase, and the coating layer has a chemical composition satisfying a predetermined average composition, a total area proportion of the Al phase and the MgZn2 phase is 70% or more, an area proportion of the Zn phase is 30% or less, an average value of cumulative circumferential lengths of the Al phase is less than 88 mm/mm2, and a total frequency in number of the Al phase having a circumferential length of 50 μm or more is less than 100.
