摘要: A regenerated cellulosic molded body of cellulose and at least a part of at least one foreign matter, and is produced by supplying a starting material which comprises cellulose and at least one foreign matter, transferring at least a part of the starting material with at least a part of the at least one foreign matter into a spinning mass which additionally contains a solvent for solving at least a part of the cellulose of the starting material in the solvent, and extruding the spinning mass to the molded body, and subsequently precipitating in a spinning bath.

摘要: A method of obtaining rayon fibers from cellulose waste is provided. The method includes extracting alpha-cellulose from cellulose waste, dissolving the alpha-cellulose in a cuoxam solution, obtained by reacting gaseous ammonia with an aqueous solution of copper hydroxide, to obtain a chemically modified cellulose. The chemically modified cellulose was extruded in an acid bath to obtain a precipitate. The precipitate was further neutralized to obtain the rayon fibers.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for preparing regenerated cellulose fibers having anti-bacteria, anti-mite and anti-mould functions from a fennel extract, a Litsea cubeba extract, and a thyme essential oil. The present invention also relates to the use of the regenerated cellulose fiber prepared by the above method in the field of anti-bacteria, anti-mite and mildew-resistant fabrics. The invention solves the technical defect that regenerated cellulose fibers have a single function and has poor anti-mite and anti-mould effects in the prior art.

The non-encapsulated phase change material forms a plurality of distinct domains dispersed within the cellulosic material. The non-encapsulated phase change material has a latent heat of at least 40 Joules per gram and the cellulosic fiber has a latent heat between 9.8 Joules per gram and 132 Joules per gram and a transition temperature in the range of 0° C. to 100° C., and cellulosic fiber provides thermal regulation based on at least one of absorption and release of the latent heat at the transition temperature.

摘要: A process for pretreating reclaimed cotton fibers to be used in the production of molded bodies from regenerated cellulose characterized by effective metal redaction and adjustment of the degree of polymerization and brightness, including a metal removing stage and an oxidative bleaching stage of the reclaimed cotton fibers or pulp produced thereof. Reclaimed cotton fibers treated according to the described process may be used alone or in blends with conventional dissolving pulp as raw material for the production of molded bodies from regenerated cellulose. The process enables technically smooth, safe, and economically feasible spinning via the Viscose or Lyocell process, therefore, the current invention provides an efficient recycling pathway for cotton waste materials.

摘要: This invention relates to a lyocell material for a tobacco filter and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly to a lyocell fiber having a modified cross-section for a tobacco filter, wherein the cross-sectional shape of a monofilament contained in a lyocell fiber is controlled to increase the external surface area of the fiber, after which then crimps are formed, thereby exhibiting properties equal or superior to those of conventional lyocell materials, even when used in a small amount.
