    摘要: In a method and apparatus for manufacturing a yarn from fiber material at least two spinning devices arranged adjacent to one another are provided. Fiber material is dissolved and fed to the at least two spinning devices. Each spinning device generates an individual spun fiber. The individual spun fibers are combined at the inlet opening of a hollow spindle axis to form a yarn. The yarn undergoes a two-for-one twisting operation by being passed in a first yarn feeding direction through the hollow spindle axis to an outlet opening of the hollow spindle axis, then radially guided from the outlet opening, and guided in a second yarn feeding direction counter to the first yarn feeding direction to form a yarn balloon rotating in a direction of rotation about the at least two spinning devices. A centering element is arranged on an axis extending along the hollow spindle axle so as to be spaced from the inlet opening of the hollow spindle axle. The yarn is fed from the yarn balloon via the centering element to a winding device.

    摘要: The instant invention relates to a spinning process and to a device for the production of a yarn. In the spinning process the fibers are conveyed to a perforated collection surface which is subjected to suction in one zone. They are brought together into a fiber accumulation on the collection surface. The fiber accumulation is drawn off from the collection surface and twisted into a yarn of predetermined twist in a twisting element which follows the collection surface in the direction of yarn draw-off. The fibers are accumulated at a suction edge constituting a collection line and are pre-twisted at said collection line.

    摘要: Fibres are spun into yarn by being opened close to a surface (S, SD) and directed to the surface, conveniently by suction (AS) through the surface. A yarn or yarn end (Y) is twisted over the surface to have opened fibres built onto it to be spun into a twisted yarn. The surface can be a groove (GD) of included angle less than 90.degree.. The close spacing (WS) of a means to open the fibres and the surface can be such that fibres being opened are within reach of the surface. The yarn is twisted by a twister such as a parallel-belt twister (TB1/TB2) close to but not part of the surface. Tension (T) is applied through the twister to draw off yarn.

    摘要: In a method for producing a twisted yarn by an integrated spinning and twisting process, individual spun yarns are spun from loose fiber material in at least two spinning devices. The spun yarns are combined and guided in a first direction and subjected to a common first twisting to form a once twisted yarn. The once twisted yarn is then guided in a second direction opposite the first direction according to the two-for-one twisting principle, to form a yarn balloon in order to subject the once twisted yarn to a second twisting. The resulting yarn is then fed through a centering point to a winding device. The loose fiber material is fed into the annular chamber, that is coaxial to the yarn balloon and in which the yarn balloon freely rotates, and is guided substantially radially through the yarn balloon such that the yarn of the yarn balloon directly passes through the loose fiber material. The loose fiber material is then conveyed from the annular chamber substantially radially inwardly into the spinning devices by a pressure gradient.

    摘要: For piecing to an open-end friction spinning device with two friction spinning elements normally driven in the same direction of rotation and forming a nip therebetween, of which friction spinning elements at least one is capable of being subjected to suction, fibers are continuously fed to the nip and are then immediately removed from same. While fiber feeding continues uninterruptedly, the removal of fibers from such nip is then discontinued, so that fibers remain in the nip and form a rotating accumulation of fibers. A yarn end is then introduced to such accumulation of fibers. Newly formed yarn is then drawn off from the nip while fibers being fed continuously to such nip are continuously formed into such yarn. For such removal of fibers, a controllable suction air nozzle may be directed towards the above-mentioned nip from a side of the friction spinning elements opposite such nip. The friction spinning elements can also be moved radially apart in relation to each other to enhance transfer of fibers thereon to the controllable suction air nozzle or some other substantially equivalent fiber removal device, such as a conveyor belt.

    摘要: To stop and restart and open-end spinning machine with a plurality of spinning devices, all the spinning devices are stopped together, while the vacuum is maintained. The thread end resulting from this interruption in the spinning process is then prepared successively at each spinning unit for joining and is fed to the spinning device in a thread-joining position, whereupon the vacuum is then cut off. When the open-end spinning machine is started, after the vacuum has first been applied, the threads are fed together, on all the spinning devices to the fiber-collecting surfaces of the spinning devices. The open-end spinning machine has a service device movable along the machine for preparing the threads to be joined and for feeding them to the individual spinning cells, as well as a central control device which has a stoppig device and a starting device for the open-end spinning machine. The stopping device is connected in control terms to a switch-on device and to a switch-off device for the service device. By these means it is possible, when stopping the machine, to let it run by itself to prepare and feed the thread ends and to switch itself off.
