    摘要: An open-end spinning machine having a plurality of workstations, each workstation has a spinning apparatus for producing a thread, a thread draw-off device for drawing off the thread from the spinning apparatus, a storage nozzle, a winding apparatus for producing a cross-wound bobbin, and a suction nozzle, to which negative pressure can be applied. The open-end spinning machine is equipped with at least one service unit, serving a plurality of the workstations and has an auxiliary-thread delivery device for delivering an auxiliary thread and an auxiliary-thread draw-off, which are used in a piecing process at a workstation to be served. The auxiliary-thread draw-off can be operated in such a way that the auxiliary-thread draw-off speed of the auxiliary-thread draw-off for drawing off the pieced auxiliary thread has a speed offset, which takes into account the thread draw-off speed of the thread draw-off device and at least one additional correction factor.

    摘要: A fibre guide insert for an opening roller housing, with an insert body to be pushed into a mounting opening of the opening roller housing, the insert body having a fibre guide surface forming a fibre channel inlet and a fibre channel connection section connected to a fibre channel input. An opening roller housing for an opening device of an open-end rotor spinning device, having a fibre channel leading into an opening roller housing interior, where it adjoins a fibre channel input for fibres, and a mounting opening for a fibre guide insert, which mounting opening is open towards the opening roller housing interior. In order to provide a fibre guide insert for an opening roller housing, which provides a suitable fibre channel inlet area in a simple way according to the fibres to be processed, there is provision for the fibre channel connection section to be formed on an end face of the insert body and the fibre guide surface running in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the insert body to adjoin the fibre channel connection section. In order to provide an opening roller housing, of which the fibre guide surface adjoining the fibre channel is easily adapted to the specific application, there is provision for the mounting opening to run parallel to the tangent of an opening roller arranged in the opening roller housing interior and the mounting opening to be configured in such a way that an insert body of a fibre guide unit to be pushed into the mounting opening is connected to the fibre channel input with a fibre channel connection section arranged on the insert body on the end face, in which case the insert body is pushed into the mounting opening via an outer opening of the opening roller housing.

A concavely arched transition surface adjoins a cylindrical part of the shell face, and the channel plate tower has a diameter at the height of the rotor edge of the spinning rotor such that an annular gap of maximally 2 mm width between the spinning rotor and the channel plate tower results during spinning. At most one half of the outlet opening of the fiber guide channel is arranged in the area of the cylindrical shell face, and the remaining part in the arched transition surface. The wall area of the outlet opening remotest from the front side is at a distance to the center longitudinal axis of the channel plate at least 0.5 to 3 mm greater than the distance of the adjoining wall area in respect to the center longitudinal axis.

    摘要: The invention relates to a receiving element for receiving an interchangeable yarn drawing nozzle that can be magnetically locked. According to the invention, the receiving element is configured as an adapter (26), which can be screwed into a central threaded bore (37) of a thread channel plate (12) in an open-ended rotor spinning device (1), the latter being designed to receive a conventional yarn drawing nozzle that is equipped with an external thread. The adapter (26) comprises centring bores (27) for receiving ferromagnetic centring lugs (28) of a yarn drawing nozzle (13) in addition to a continuous bore (33), whose internal diameter (d) is adapter to the external diameter (D) of the shaft (39) of the yarn drawing nozzle (13).     摘要: A method for producing a spinning box frame for an open-end spinning machine wherein lateral elements (2, 3) of a spinning box frame (1) are connected with interposed bracing elements (4, 5, 6) by means of a welding process which substantially prevents the occurrence of heat distortion tensions. The bracing elements (4, 5, 6) are joined by means of a laser welding process, preferably with a CO.sub.2 laser, squarely on the interior wall (20) of the lateral elements (2, 3). The components (2 to 6) of the spinning box frame (1) are fixed in place in a welding device (26), which permits the exact positioning of the individual components during the laser welding process.
