Abstract: The invention relates to a method for the manufacture of cellulose carbamate textile fibre, comprising the steps of dissolving cellulose carbamate in an aqueous alkaline medium to form a cellulose carbamate dope comprising zinc; spinning the cellulose carbamate dope into an alkaline aqueous spin bath in a spinning unit, to form filaments or filament tow; and stretching the filaments or filament tow to obtain cellulose carbamate fibres. In the spin bath, sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate contents are maintained within pre-defined ranges by withdrawing and recycling a portion of the spin bath.

Abstract: A fiber assembly includes a support sheet, a warp yarn group in which warp yarns including a polymer material are arranged, and a weft yarn group in which weft yarns including a polymer material are arranged. A surface of the support sheet has been subjected to a release treatment. The warp yarn group and the weft yarn group are on the surface of the support sheet. The warp yarn group and the weft yarn group define contact portion regions and non-contact portion regions. In each of the contact portion regions, one of the warp yarns is integrated with one of the weft yarns. Each of the warp yarns and the weft yarns has a line width of 1 μm to 10 μm, inclusive. One of the contact portion regions has a fiber density which is higher than a fiber density of one of the non-contact portion regions.

The nonwoven fabrics of the present disclosure provide soft materials with texture.

Abstract: The present application discloses a preparation method of SM non-woven fabrics for roof anti-slip, which belongs to the technical field of roofing materials, comprising preparing spunbond non-woven fabric raw materials, preparing spunbond non-woven fabrics, preparing meltblown non-woven fabric raw materials, preparing primary SM non-woven fabrics, and post-processing; the spunbond non-woven fabric raw materials are prepared by uniformly mixing polypropylene with a low melt flow index, polypropylene with a high melt flow index, sodium alginate, antioxidant 1010, zinc stearate, ultraviolet absorber UV-531, polyvinyl alcohol, reinforcing agent, adhesive agent, and nano titanium dioxide. The present application can avoid the problem that the SM non-woven fabrics cannot be fully bonded together and are easy to delaminate when being combined, can also solve the problem of fabric breakage during high-speed production, and can also improve the wear resistance, strength, and stiffness of SM non-woven fabrics. The prepared SM non-woven fabrics have low production costs, are easy to recycle, and have good environmental performances.
