    摘要: The present invention involves an environmentally friendly process and apparatus for the delignification of lignin-containing materials, such as cardboard newspaper or agricultural or tree pruning wastes. This process produces cellulose using low temperatures and low concentrations of hydrogen peroxide. It can be performed using a column fitted with a semipermeable gasket that pressurizes the column by retaining oxygen released by action of the hydrogen peroxide on a lignin-containing material.

    摘要: This invention discloses a paper processing device, comprising a bottom block, a connecting cavity fixedly arranged in the bottom block, a penetrating cavity communicated with and arranged in the lower end wall of the connecting cavity. The penetrating cavity is communicated with the exterior space. A lifting motor is fixedly arranged in the lower end wall of the connecting cavity, the upper end wall of output shaft of which is fixedly provided with a driving pulley. A driven pulley in the connecting cavity is arranged on one side of the driving pulley. The lifting motor works to drive the driving pulley to rotate to drive the driven pulley to rotate, so an inner threaded block is driven to rotate to drive a threaded rod to move upwards; then a stirring fan is driven to enter a reaction cavity. The automatic structure adopted by this device realizes automation of paper processing.

    摘要: A method and system to produce treated Cellulose Filaments (CF) and CF products are provided. Feedstock comprising CF in a water solution are mixed with a debonder to produce a mixed stream. The mixed stream is filtered yielding separate filtered and filtrate streams. The filtrate stream comprises at least a portion of the debonder. The filtered stream is dried to produce treated CF. The debonder is one of an alcohol, glycol ether, ester-containing quaternary ammonium salt, amido amine quaternary ammonium salt, disubstituted amide or a mixture thereof. The filtrate stream may be recycled. The mixed stream may be washed before filtering to remove debonder. A thermoplastic polymer-treated Cellulose filament composite material is formable by associating the treated CF with a thermopolymer such as polyolefin, polyurethane (PU), polypropylene (PP), polyester (PE), polylactic acid (PLA), polyhydroxyalcanoates (PHA), polyamide (PA), and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) or a mixture.

    摘要: A method and system for pulp manufacturing used in connection with a kraft process includes a vertical pressure vessel operated in batch mode, a single-vessel or multi-vessel continuous digester, and other equipment for further processing brown stock, such as for washing, oxygen delignification, bleaching, and drying. A feeder and conveyance system may include a high pressure feeder or direct pump system, and selectively provides fiber-containing material to the continuous digester when making lower grade pulp product and to the vertical pressure vessel when making higher grade pulp such as dissolving pulp. The vertical pressure vessel is used for pre-hydrolysis and neutralization, after which the resulting pulp is fed to the continuous digester for cooking. White liquor and black liquor from the same mill may be used for the neutralization fluids. The same continuous digester is selectively used for cooking in connection with making pulp products of different grades or quality.

    摘要: The invention relates to an improved design of the bottom of a continuous digester reducing the torque load on conventional bottom scrapers with scraper arms arranged at an angle α in relation to the horizontal plane in the range between 5°-30°. A simple digester shell extension VE is installed below the lowermost wash screen WS, ending at a small distance D above the end of the outer end of the scraper arm. The shell extension prevents the descending pulp column from expanding below the wash screen and enables easier shaving action from the scraper, using a dilution and expansion volume established at the outer ends of the scraper arms.

    摘要: Pulp is delignified by forming a mixture of pulp and caustic, adding oxygen and feeding this oxygen-containing mixture to a first step reactor. The lignin in the oxygen-containing mixture will be partially delignified and will be fed to a second step reactor where the remainder of the lignin in the pulp will be delignified. In this manner, fast reacting lignin can be treated in the first step reactor and slow reacting lignin can be treated in the second reactor. The delignified pulp is recovered from the apparatus and after washing can be forwarded to a bleaching unit.
