摘要: A construction method for reinforcing and repairing a steel pipe pile for offshore wind power includes the following steps. Installing multiple support ribs on an outer wall of a steel pipe pile to be repaired along a circumferential direction. Placing multiple support plate components on the support ribs and performing splicing along the outer wall of the steel pipe pile to form an annular support plate assembly. Installing multiple hoop cylinder components on the support plate assembly, performing splicing along the outer wall of the steel pipe pile to form an annular hoop cylinder assembly, and forming a grouting cavity between the hoop cylinder assembly and the steel pipe pile. Connecting grouting pipelines to grouting ports of the hoop cylinder assembly, and performing a grouting operation. After grouting, forming a reinforcement and repair structure on the outer wall of the steel pipe pile when grouting materials are solidified.

摘要: The method of installing the mastic footprint may be used as a repair or in connection with a new installation of the structure. The method produces a mastic footprint that is resistant to infiltration of water, fuel, and salt, including mixtures thereof. The method further produces a mastic footprint that is thermally resistant. In repairs, the mastic footprint of the method provides longevity of use of at least one year and up to 5 years prior to any repair or replacement. In new installations, the mastic footprint provides longevity of use of at least 1 year and up to 15 years prior to any repair or replacement. Finally, the method of installing a mastic footprint does not affect the structural integrity of the adjacent or surrounding surface material, where the adjacent or surrounding surface material does not require repair or replacement sooner than if the method had not been deployed.

摘要: A method for forming a foundation wall of a building structure having a building frame seated on the foundation, the method including coupling each of a plurality of elongated vertical members to a floor of the foundation and the building frame so that each of the vertical members extend between the floor and the building frame adjacent to an existing foundation wall, providing at least one elongated horizontal member through apertures of the vertical members such that the horizontal member extends between and passes through respective ones of the vertical members, coupling panels to the horizontal member so as to form, with the vertical members and the horizontal member an integrated self-supporting formwork which, with the existing foundation wall forms a cavity, having disposed therein, the vertical members and the horizontal member, and flowing concrete into the cavity so as to fill the cavity around the vertical members and horizontal member disposed within the cavity.

摘要: A locking track for a wall reinforcement system comprises a top panel, two opposing side panels, a channel defined between the top panel and the two opposing side panels, and locking tabs formed in the two opposing side panels and extending into the channel. The wall reinforcement system further comprises a post. The post comprises a web, two flanges extending transversely from the web, and at least one slot formed in each one of the two flanges. The post is attachable to the locking track, and when attached, the at least one slot formed in each one of the two flanges receives a corresponding one of the locking tabs to lock the post to the locking track.

摘要: Methods and systems are disclosed to transfer forces on a damaged pile to the lower part of the pile, bypassing the damaged area. Rings of various materials are tightly wrapped around the pile or clamps are attached to the pile, above and below the damaged area, causing calculated friction between the pile and the rings and/or clamps. Subsequently the damaged area and the rings and/or clamps are encased in a curable substance, such as concrete. After curing, the rings and/or clamps above the damaged area will receive the stresses on the pile through the friction with the pile and will transfer them to the concrete which in turn will transfer the stresses to the lower part of the pile through the lower rings and/or clamps and their friction with the lower part of the pile. Nothing is welded to the pile and the pile is not altered in any way.

摘要: Methods are provided for repairing an existing structure to cover at least a portion of the existing structure with a repair structure. Such methods comprise mounting one or more standoff retainers to the existing structure; coupling one or more standoffs to the standoff retainers such that the standoffs extend away from the existing structure; coupling one or more cladding panels to the standoffs such that the panels are spaced apart from the structure to provide a space therebetween; and introducing a curable material to the space between the panels and the existing structure, the panels acting as at least a portion of a formwork for containing the curable material until the curable material cures to provide a repair structure cladded, at least in part, by the panels. Corresponding apparatus for effecting such methods are also provided.
