摘要: Disclosed are various embodiments, aspects and features a multifunction, intelligent telescoping boom system. The system may comprise a hydraulic circuit with a continuous, circulating flow through a circuit that includes a hydraulic pump and a configurable valve bank. Valves in the valve bank may be designated to given components of any of a multitude of implement attachments. In this way, the continuous flow of hydraulic fluid through the valve bank may be distributed, via the valves, to the hydraulic components of implements. Hydraulic flow in excess of the demand created by the hydraulic components moves on through the valve bank and returns to the pump to continue the circulation. Also returning to the pump from the valve bank is any hydraulic fluid returning to the valve bank from the hydraulic components. Advantageously, because the system provides a continuous circulation of pressurized hydraulic fluid through the bank, implements with a mix of linear and rotating hydraulic components may be simultaneously powered from the same source of pressurized flow.

摘要: A drawbar assembly for a motor grader is provided. The drawbar assembly defines a longitudinal axis and includes a first frame member and a second frame member. The first frame member is adapted to be movably coupled to main frame of the motor grader. The first frame member includes a first base member extending along longitudinal axis and a first mating portion bent away relative to first base member to extend transversely relative to longitudinal axis. The second frame member includes a second base member extending along longitudinal axis and a second mating portion bent away relative to second base member to extend transversely relative to longitudinal axis. The second mating portion is configured to mate with first mating portion to form a connection joint therebetween, facilitating the first frame member and second frame member to be conjoined to together support a circle assembly of the motor grader thereunder.

摘要: In accordance with one or more aspects, a circle drawbar for a motor grader has a drawbar frame having two elongated members, and a circle frame that has a surface defined by an inner and outer diameter. The circle frame has a circle gear located radially inward of the inner diameter, allowing the circle frame to be rotatable relative to the drawbar frame around an axis of the circle gear. A platform having a top, bottom, and an edge depends from the drawbar frame and covers the circle gear. A debris remover is connected to the platform and removes debris from the surface of the circle frame as the circle frame rotates.

摘要: A sealing assembly for a circle member of a motor grader is provided. The sealing assembly includes a plurality of cover segments disposed adjacent to an inner circumference of the circle member. At least one of the plurality of cover segments defines a gap in association with a component disposed adjacent to the at least one of the plurality of cover segments. The sealing assembly also includes a sealing element removably disposed on the at least one of the plurality of cover segments and extending into the gap. The sealing element is adapted to sealingly engage each of the at least one of the plurality of cover segments and the component.

摘要: An implement system for a machine includes a primary blade and a secondary blade coupled to the primary blade through a linkage mechanism such that the secondary blade is trailing the primary blade. The implement system includes an actuator which controls a movement of the secondary blade. The implement system includes at least one position sensor which generates signals indicative of a position of the primary blade and a position of the secondary blade. The implement system further includes a controller which is in communication with the primary blade, the secondary blade and the position sensor. The controller receives the signals indicative of the position of the primary blade and the position of the secondary blade. The controller operates the actuator to control the movement of the secondary blade based on the position of the primary blade and secondary blade.

摘要: A motor grader with an adjustable wheel base is disclosed. The motor grader may include front and rear wheels supporting a chassis and a main frame. A working blade may downwardly depend from the main frame between the front wheels and rear wheels to perform work on the ground below. The motor grader may also provide an adjustable wheel base to allow the center of gravity of the motor grader to better match the work load being addressed. The adjustable wheel base may also provide more swing clearance for the blade relative to the rear wheels, allow for an adjustable articulation angle, and minimize structural loads on the motor grader, particularly during ripping operation. The wheel base may be adjustable by providing structure through which the relative positions of the rear wheels can be altered automatically, manually, and dynamically.
