摘要: A steep slope roofing panel system includes an underlayment and a plurality of roofing panels installed atop the underlayment. The panels may be installed to provide both protection from the environment and watershedding. Alternatively, the panels and the underlayment may share the watershedding functions of the roof, with one as a primary watershedding component and the other as an auxiliary watershedding component. The roofing system may be custom manufactured off-site based upon predetermined measurements and characteristics of a roof and its protrusions. Alternatively, the roofing system may be custom manufactured at the job site based upon such measurements and characteristics. Each panel may be assigned to a location on the roof and may include imprinted instructions regarding cutting and/or bending the panel to form flashing, drip edges, or other features, as well as the panel's location and installation sequence on the roof.

摘要: An integrated joint sealing system that is incorporated into the edges of a sheathing panel, which also may have a factory bonded weather resistive barrier. The edges of each panel are configured as a shiplap joint, or similarly functioning joint, that is present as either an overlap or underlap on each of the four panel edges. The arrangement of the joints are such that one edge will have an overlap and the opposite edge will have an underlap. A flexible gasket material (or materials) is factory applied to one or both sides (underlap and/or overlap) of the shiplap joint. This flexible gasket material, when overlapped with adjacent shiplap panels, provides a weather resistive seal to limit both water and air penetration.

摘要: A disassemblable roof framing structure for use on camping habitations comprising structural attachment brackets for connecting a transverse beam with an existing frame on the habitation. The attachment brackets are adjustable width-wise by sliding along the length of the transverse beam so as to adjust to the width of the habitation. The transverse beam has one extension member for each end of the transverse beam. The extension members being extendable so as to adjust to the width of the existing frame. The extension members have attachment brackets at their distal ends from which perpendicularly extend vertical studs running upwardly along the side walls of the habitation and up towards the roof of the habitation. Each vertical stud is capped by an interface bracket, and each interface bracket connects to a top beam. There is at least one top beam on each side of the habitation to which are connected triangular rafter frames by way of rafter connector brackets.
