First and second joists each include a deck support wall and a lower wall. The deck support walls of the first and second joists are disposed between the overhang wall and the joist support portions, and the lower walls are disposed between the joist support portions and the joist support wall.

A first chord angle beam is attached to the first side of the cambered beam-joist portion at the peaks of the triangular web sections. A second chord angle beam is attached to the second side of the cambered beam-joist at the peaks of the triangular web sections. A plate is vertically attached to a center of the top end of the cambered beam-joist. The plate extended longitudinally along the center of the top end of the cambered beam joist portion. The plate includes a distal end having a flange and a recess.

    摘要: A truss bracing system for roof trusses is disclosed. The truss bracing system comprises of a lateral brace and a diagonal brace connected through a pivot point. Both the lateral brace and diagonal brace include a first support member and a second support member where the first support member is angled relative to, and preferably perpendicular to, the second support member. The pivot point allows the diagonal brace to rotate relative to the lateral brace. That is, the truss bracing system has a closed configuration with the diagonal brace resting adjacent and parallel to the lateral brace and an extended configuration with the diagonal brace rotated relative to the lateral brace, such that the diagonal brace is angled relative to the lateral brace. Thus, the truss bracing system provides both lateral and diagonal support to the trusses to which it is attached.

    摘要: A splice joint of a main girder of a crane, the main girder including at least two longitudinal main girder parts to be connected to each other by their ends and each having a central web which includes at least one web plate, longitudinal upper and lower flanges, the lower flange protruding from the central web to both sides thereof. The splice joint includes a plate-like tongue-and-groove joint, the tongue-and-groove joint including a tongue fixed to the central web of a main girder part, and a groove fixed to the central web of a second main girder part; and a lower flange joint receiving the bending forces of the splice joint. The tongue-and-groove joints are arranged reversed in relation to each other, and the location of the tongues and grooves on opposite sides of the web is reverse in relation to each other.

    摘要: A hanger bar assembly comprises a first hanger bar, a second hanger bar, and a hanger bar holder. The first hanger bar and the second hanger bar are mechanically coupled where the first hanger bar slides relative to the second hang bar in a telescopic manner. The first hanger bar and the second hanger bar both include an interlocking structure that interlocks the first hanger bar with the second hanger bar, reducing lateral movement, such as backlash or slop. The hanger bar holder is used to hold at least one of the first hanger bar or the second hanger bar. The hanger bar holder includes a first section to guide at least the first hanger bar and a second section to guide at least the second hanger bar. The first section and the second section also constrain lateral movement of the first hanger bar and the second hanger bar, respectively.
