摘要: This technology comprises a combined accessory of an in-situ concrete 3-D printed horizontal load-bearing member and a preparation method. The combined accessory includes 3-D printed concrete and a bottom mesh, the 3-D printed concrete contains fine aggregates having the particle size of 0.08 mm-4.75 mm, and the fluidity of the 3-D printed concrete is larger than or equal to 110 mm and smaller than or equal to 190 mm; the bottom mesh is a reinforcing mesh or expanded metal, the diameter of the reinforcing bar is larger than or equal to 0.5 mm, and the mesh aperture of the reinforcing mesh is smaller than or equal to 7.5 times of an upper limit of the particle size of the fine aggregate and is larger than or equal to 7.5 times of a lower limit of the particle size of the fine aggregate.

摘要: A wind turbine foundation comprising a concrete support slab having a horizontal rebar grid therein, a concrete pedestal integral with the support slab and having vertical post tensioning elements therein and a plurality of concrete ribs on top of and integral with the support slab and integral with the pedestal, the ribs having rebar therein and extend outwardly from the pedestal, the pedestal, slab and ribs are connected to each other to form a monolithic foundation. The foundation design reduces the weight and volume of materials used, reduces cost, and improves heat dissipation conditions during construction by having a small ratio of concrete mass to surface area thus eliminating the risk of thermal cracking due to heat of hydration.

摘要: A fatigue resistant gravity based spread footing under heavy multi-axial cyclical loading of a wind tower. The foundation having a central vertical pedestal, a substantially horizontal continuous bottom support slab, a plurality of radial reinforcing ribs extending radially outward from the pedestal. The pedestal, ribs and slab forming a continuous monolithic structure. The foundation may have a three-dimensional network of post-tensioning elements that keep the structural elements under heavy multi-axial post compression with a specific eccentricity intended to reduce stress amplitudes and deflections and allows the foundation to have a desirable combination of high stiffness and superior fatigue resistance. The foundation design reduces the weight and volume of materials used, reduces cost, and improves heat dissipation conditions during construction by having a small ratio of concrete mass to surface area thus eliminating the risk of thermal cracking due to heat of hydration.

摘要: A steel-fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) composite material reinforced concrete column comprises an inner steel pipe arranged in the center, wherein the inner steel pipe is internally provided with an unbonded steel strand; the outside of the inner steel pipe is provided with an outer steel pipe, concrete is poured between the inner steel pipe and the outer steel pipe, a plurality of additional small steel pipes are evenly arranged outside the outer steel pipe, and each of the additional small steel pipes is internally provided with an additional unbonded steel strand. A composite bar cage coaxial with the outer steel pipe and arranged on the outside thereof is also provided, wherein both the outer steel pipe and the composite bar cage are covered by high-ductility concrete, and at a core area, the outside of the high-ductility concrete is wrapped with an anti-spalling layer.

摘要: Disclosed are a fully assembled, fully cast-in-place, composite-type house and a construction method thereof, comprising providing at least one layer of house main body on a house foundation, wherein each layer of the house main body comprises: a tension bearing system which constitutes a wall body (1) or floor slab (2), a stabilizing function system for the tension bearing system, a system which constitutes a heat-insulating layer and a fire-proofing layer and is used as a formwork and has the function of supporting, and a pressure bearing system which connects together the afore-mentioned systems by means of a fully cast-in-place technique. The fully assembled, fully cast-in-place, composite-type house and the construction method thereof integrate structural component specifications, the overall stability of the house is good, and energy-saving and environmental protection requirements are satisfied.
