摘要: A double-skin façade element comprises a planar outer glazing element and a planar inner glazing element which are held at a distance from one another in a thermally insulated surrounding frame profile; at least one pressure equalization device which is in air-conducting connection with the outside atmosphere and with a façade intermediate space which is provided between the outer glazing element and the inner glazing element at least one drying device fillable with desiccant, is either located in the façade intermediate space or is integrated into the surrounding frame profile and exchanges air with the façade intermediate space; wherein the at least one pressure equalization device and the at least one drying device are positioned and dimensioned such that they do not extend into a transparent region of the façade element. The at least one drying device is designed to make it possible to replace the desiccant.

摘要: In one embodiment of the invention, a building ventilation system is provided that is configured to be mounted on a sides of a building structure between rainscreen wrap and exterior siding of the building for venting air in a gap between the rainscreen wrap and the siding ventilation system. The ventilation system includes a vent part including a plurality of vent passages, a longitudinal direction of the vent part configured to be mounted in substantially horizontal orientation at top and bottom edges of the sides of the building structure and a plurality of non-linear cross members extending between each ply. The plies and cross members define the vent passages, and includes at least two tiers or rows of vent passages. The passages run in a substantially vertical orientation to facilitate venting and draining of the gap.

摘要: Rigid wall shelters are used throughout the world for shipping, living quarters, and housing for electronic systems and are energy inefficient. While investigating energy-efficient technologies for rigid wall shelters the discovery was made to insulate the outside of the shelter rather than the inside. Space is often limited inside of the shelter. The invention of an external, re-deployable insulation system was developed. The present invention is an insulating system composed of three main components. The first component is multiple, purpose cut flexible envelopes filled with insulating materials (which creates a panel). The second component is multiple insulating strips that cover the joint between the panels. The final component is a weatherproof outer covering that protects the entire system from the elements.

摘要: A wood or manufactured wood-composite based siding used on concrete wall or concrete masonry unit (CMU, or block) construction (including, but not limited to, insulated concrete form construction) with an integrated rainscreen feature. The rainscreen feature or component is applied to, or integrated into or with, the back of the siding (i.e., the inner surface) during the manufacturing process, or in a secondary process thereafter. The features may include raised elements, strips, ridges, or wedges, with one or more channels or spaces. No job-site assembly is required, thereby reducing time and cost.

摘要: A plurality of ventilation elements, vents, slots, or gap elements or similar features that are applied to, or machined into, one or more sides or faces of exterior siding products, such as lap siding, panel siding, vertical siding, horizontal siding, flat (or non-overlapping) siding, flap siding, decorative trim, trim system components or other forms of panels or cladding materials. When the exterior siding product is installed, the ventilation elements, vents, slots, or gap elements or similar features provide a built-in air and water gap to facilitate and increase water drainage and air circulation behind the siding or panel, thereby minimizing water storage in the space behind the product and lowering the equilibrium moisture content of the siding itself. The ventilation features are incorporated into the corresponding product in-line or during the manufacturing process, and do not require any further work during assembly or construction on-site (e.g., furring strips or other similar drainage mechanisms are not needed). Some or all of the ventilation features or elements are located to improve the product's ability to equilibrate (moisture-wise) in a product stack before installation as well as after installation.

摘要: A method and a structure are described that allow covers to be simply and quickly applied to building walls and façades, regardless of whether the walls are inside or outside, flat or curved, ventilated or not. First, the method provides for making a bearing surface, parallel to the wall, by using flexible panels, then constraining the bearing surface to the wall by fastening elements whose orientation can be adjusted, next precisely adjusting the orientation of the bearing surface from the wall by acting selectively on the single fastening elements, and finally fastening the cover, for example marble slabs, to the bearing surface. The support structure includes the just described elements.

摘要: A decorative material wherein, in a cross section in a direction orthogonal to a direction where a groove extends, the groove has a first slope part extending from one end of the groove to the deepest part of the groove, and a second slope part extending from the other end of the groove to the deepest part of the groove, wherein when an angle formed by a line segment connecting the one and other ends and a line segment connecting the one end and the deepest part is defined as θ1, and an angle formed by a line segment connecting the one and other ends and a line segment connecting the other end and the deepest part is defined as θ2, θ1 is more than θ2.

摘要: Proposed is a method of manufacturing a fabric wallpaper, while a bonding force of an adhesive agent attached to one side of fabric wallpaper is enhanced, and flame retarding is given to a wrap and a weft for weaving fabric at the same time. Accordingly, safety is guaranteed against the fire without additional anti-flaming treatment. Also when constructing the fabric wallpaper, general unskilled consumers may easily and conveniently perform construction. Fabric is woven by a warp and a weft of synthetic fibrous yarn in which a flame retardant resin layer is formed on the outer surface of the core. One side of the fabric is heated and pressed to form a smooth surface in which part of the resin layer is melted and extended. An adhesive agent is attached to the smooth surface, and release paper is attached to the outer surface of the adhesive agent.
