摘要: A protection device for a window opening of a motor vehicle, with a window pane shiftable between a closed position closing the window opening and an open position opening the window opening, at least one shading structure shiftable between a window shading position and a window unblocking position, and a cable drive system for driven shifting of the window pane and/or of the shading structure and having a drive and a cable strand movable by the drive. A mechanical coupling arrangement which, depending on the position of the window pane, the shading structure and movement of the cable strand, is transferable between a first coupling state, in which the shading structure is coupled to the cable strand for the driven shifting and the window pane is decoupled therefrom, and a second coupling state, in which the shading structure is decoupled from the cable strand and the window pane is coupled to the cable strand for the driven shifting.

The Bowden cable sheath fastened in the upper end region of the second guide rail and in the connection region of the first guide rail.

The upright pillar sash includes: a design part on a vehicle exterior side; and a main body on vehicle interior side relative to the design part, the elevating/lowering mechanism includes: a slider secured to the glass; a guide rail that guides the slider to move in the elevating/lowering directions; and a transmission member that transmits the driving force from the drive source to the slider, the main body of the upright pillar sash houses the slider, guide rail, and transmission member, and the guide rail regulates movement of the slider in both vehicle interior/exterior directions, on a vehicle interior surface side of the glass.

摘要: A window regulator includes a guide rail and a drum housing at an end of the guide rail. The guide rail includes a flat plate portion extending in the ascending/descending direction, and a side plate portion rising from the flat plate portion. The drum housing includes a fitting hole into which the end of the guide rail is inserted and fitted, a first fitting guide wall extending from a first inner surface of the fitting hole toward the near side in an insertion direction so as to protrude from an edge of the fitting hole and guiding the flat plate portion to the fitting hole, and a second fitting guide wall extending from a second inner surface of fitting hole toward the near side in the insertion direction so as to protrude from the edge of the fitting hole and guiding the side plate portion to the fitting hole.

摘要: Disclosed is a sliding window emergency opening system, comprising: an emergency opening device (2) and a general opening control device (3); wherein a first rotary shaft (202) in the emergency opening device is rotatably mounted on a first base (201); a first pulling cable (206) is wound around the first rotary shaft (202), and one end thereof is connected with a movable sash of the sliding window (1); a first ratchet (203) is fixedly connected with the first rotary shaft (202); a first elastic component is compressed to make a first pawl (204) abut against the first ratchet (203); a second rotary shaft (302) in the general opening control device (3) is rotatably mounted on a second base (301); one end of a general control pulling cable (303) is connected with the second rotary shaft (302), and the other end is connected with the first pawl (204); when the second rotary shaft (302) rotates, the general control pulling cable (303) is wound up to make the first pawl (204) detached from the first ratchet (203); under the action of the gravity of the movable sash in the sliding window, the first pulling cable (206) drives the first rotary shaft (202) to rotate so as to open the movable sash. In practical application, the general opening control device (3) may be provided at a location far from the emergency opening device (2), and the emergency opening device may be remotely controlled to open the movable sash.

The carrier plate includes, at an upper end portion, a water holding section that holds water reaching the upper end portion of the carrier plate from above. The water holding section includes a water receiving section that faces upward and receives the reaching water, and an outflow preventing section provided with a preventing surface that faces the water receiving section side and prevents the water from flowing out to the guide rail.

摘要: A window regulator may include a first guide rail assembly, that may be coupled to the door panel and including a first guide rail, a first pulley and a second pulley. The first slider may be configured to receive the window pane and translate along the first guide rail to move the window pane between an open position and a closed position. The first cable may be coupled to a drive and engaged with the first pulley and may be fixed to the first slider such that actuation of the drive moves the first slider and the window pane into the opening. The spring may be disposed between an end of the first cable and a portion of the first slider. The spring may be configured to bias the slider and an edge of the window pane towards the A-side beam or the B-side beam.
