    摘要: A lockable corner bracket includes a lockable encapsulated axle pulley which houses one end of a length of cord, with the free end secured to a side bracket. A cord locking mechanism is used to lock the encapsulated axle pulley and prevent unwinding of the cord, or loss of tension, during transport and installation to facilitate do-it-yourself installation. The axle pulley is further configured with a central slot to allow frontal insertion of a roller tube. The corner bracket may be used with a manual roller screen including roller tubes fitted with spring assist systems to facilitate winding and unwinding of the screen, or with roller tubes fitted with a tubular motor to drive rotation of the roller tube.

    摘要: A roller shade actuation device includes two actuators arranged in a winding drum, a shaft inserted into the winding drum, and a transmission mechanism. Each actuator includes a housing fixed to the winding drum, a rotary power member arranged in the housing, a driving gear fixed to an output shaft of the rotary power member and coaxial with the output shaft, and a first transmission gear rotatably mounted to the housing and meshed with the driving gear. The actuators are connected linearly in sequence. The driving gear of one actuator adjacent to the transmission mechanism is transmission-matched with and connected to the transmission mechanism, and the driving gears of the remaining actuators are meshed with the first transmission gears of neighboring actuators adjacent to the transmission mechanism. The actuators are connected in series to form an actuator combination through the driving gears and the first transmission gears.

    摘要: The present invention provides a constant force multiple spring curtain winding system, including a mounting bracket fixedly connected to a wall, and a revolving drum connected to a curtain, wherein one end of the mounting bracket is connected to a rotating rod through a speed change mechanism, a constant force spring mechanism fixedly connected to the revolving drum is arranged on the rotating rod, and the rotating rod is fixedly connected to a constant force elastic piece in the constant force spring mechanism. According to the present invention, a speed of the revolving drum is adjusted by the speed change mechanism, and the rotating rod rotates at a low speed by the speed change mechanism when the revolving drum rotates at a high speed, thus ensuring that the revolving drum rotates for enough turns to meet a height of the curtain, maximizing a width of the curtain and reducing a counterweight of a lower rail of the curtain; and the requirement on the size of the curtain is met by increasing or decreasing the number of the constant force spring mechanisms, and the curtain is capable of staying at any positions. The constant force multiple spring curtain winding system is novel in structure, simple to operate, wide in application and easy to popularize.

The first end of the torsion spring is fixed to the tubular part. The torsion spring is compressed or released by rotating the adjustment unit. The tubular part includes ratchets which are engaged with a pawl in the housing to maintain the tubular part and the torsion spring from rotating reversely.
