摘要: The Rotary Roller Motor (RRM) is a four cycle rotary internal combustion engine that uniquely overcomes many of the drawbacks of other rotary type engines, by having the Rotor ‘roll’ around the inside of the engine block, rather than scraping it. This is accomplished with a two part rotor. The inner part of the rotor is composed of a Rotor Shaft (RS-12) with an Offset Circular Lobe (OCL-11) rigidly attached to it. The Outer Rotor (OR-9) fits symmetrically around the Offset Circular Lobe, with Inter Rotor Bearings (IRB-10) between the two to allow free movement. The four cycles are separated by two barriers; the Compression/Power Barrier (CPB-13), and the Exhaust/Intake Barrier (EIB-6). Compression is controlled by two non-reversing barriers, the Non-reversing Compression Barrier (NCB-3) and the Compression Hold Barrier (CHB-14), on either side of the Combustion Chamber (CC-2).

摘要: A rotary engine is provided, comprising a stator and a rotor rotatably connected thereto. A stator holder with an annular recessed variable track guide groove is on each end of the stator. A sidewall, close to the rotor, of the stator is provided with an arc-shaped combustible gas groove, a combustible gas inlet, a ring-shape groove, a combustion chamber, a decompression device and an exhaust gas outlet. A compression-resistant element is provided in the ring-shape groove. The rotor is provided with a combustible gas piston chamber having a combustible gas piston, a slider slot having slider, and gas exchange channels. The sliders on the same generating line on the rotor and the combustible gas piston are connected fixedly to the same sliding rod in a sliding rod groove, and the two ends of the sliding rod extend into the annular recessed variable track guide groove of the corresponding stator holder.

摘要: A method of casting a rotor using a cavity and core mold allows a longitudinal slot oriented transversely to the axis of rotation to be finish ground to high precision and tight tolerances by casting the slot to have a wider section which extends from the axis to a radius greater than the radii of the hubs of the rotor, and a narrower section which extends from the wider section to the outer surface of the rotor. The geometrical relation of the slot sections to the hubs as cast permits the grinding step to be performed without forming a leak path in either of the hubs.

The vane comprises a base body of a first plastic material and a vane end molded of a second plastic material to the base body forming the face. The base body comprises a mounting section around which the vane end is formed. The mounting section comprises at least one recess transverse to the front side and/or the rear side.

摘要: An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure provides an intake device including: an annular flow path which is formed in a circular housing; an inlet part which is installed at one side of the housing and guides an inflow of a fluid into the flow path; a outlet part which is installed at the other side of the housing and guides a discharge of the fluid which flows into the inlet part and passes through the flow path; a piston which is disposed in the flow path, and rotates along the flow path so as to compress the fluid introduced through the inlet part; and an opening and closing unit which is installed in the flow path between the inlet part and the outlet part, includes a plurality of opening and closing members, and elastic members which are installed between the plurality of opening and closing members and the flow path so as to support the plurality of opening and closing members, respectively, and opens and closes the flow path by pressing the piston, in which when the pressing of the piston is released, the plurality of opening and closing members closes the flow path by pressing force of the fluid which presses outer circumferential surfaces of the plurality of opening and closing members in a direction in which the flow path is closed, and by elastic force of the elastic member.

摘要: A rotary directional pressure engine having a case within which a plurality of rotors rotate in parallel. The rotors include asymmetrical cavities on the circumferential faces thereof, which cavities function to move air and/or other gases into a combustion chamber area during an intake phase, to cooperatively form a combustion chamber during an ignition and combustion phase, and to move exhaust gases to the area of one or more exhaust ports for removal from the engine during an exhaust phase. Continued rotation of the rotors is accomplished by harnessing and properly directing the forces of combustion against the asymmetrical cavities of the rotors.

A back-pressure-supplying groove supplies the back-pressure so as to project the vane toward the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder is arranged. An outer circumferential edge portion of the back-pressure-supplying groove is formed so as to increase a distance from a rotational center of the rotor toward the front side in the rotational direction of the rotor. A sectional surface area of a communication portion between the vane groove and the back-pressure-supplying groove increases until they are separated according to the rotation of the rotor.

The suction-side back pressure ports are formed to be divided into a low-pressure port and a high-pressure port, the low-pressure port being configured to guide the working fluid in the suction port to the back-pressure chambers, and the high-pressure port being configured to guide the working fluid that is discharged from the discharge port to the back-pressure chambers. The high-pressure port is arranged at the forward-side of the low-pressure port in rotating direction of the rotor.
