摘要: An air intake screen debris cleaning system may include an intake screen through which air is drawn in a first direction for cooling, a reverse airflow generation system to create a reverse airflow in a second direction opposite the first direction to clear debris from the intake screen, a sensor to sense debris that is collected on the intake screen and a controller to activate the reverse airflow generation system based upon signals from the sensor. In one implementation, the sensor comprises an emitter to emit a sensor beam that extends along a face of the air intake screen and which does not intersect or pass through the air intake screen prior to being sensed.

摘要: The transparent radiator hose is configured for use with the engine cooling system of a vehicle. The transparent radiator hose diagnoses the interchange of the cooling fluid pumped through the engine cooling system with a system fluid selected from the group consisting of the engine oil, the transmission fluid, and the power steering fluid. The transparent radiator hose comprises a modified radiator hose, a plurality of tracer dyes and an ultraviolet lamp. Each tracer dye is a fluorescent compound. There is a one to one relationship between the plurality of tracer dyes and the group consisting of the engine oil, the transmission fluid, and the power steering fluid. The modified radiator hose transports the cooling fluid used to cool the combustion engine. The modified radiator hose is partially transparent such that the cooling fluid can be seen through the modified radiator hose. The ultraviolet lamp generates ultraviolet radiation.

摘要: In the present invention, a package is partitioned into upper and lower sections. An engine and a generator are both disposed in the lower section. In the upper section are disposed: a radiator chamber in which a radiator and a radiator fan are disposed, and an intake chamber in which an intake silencer is disposed. A ventilation hole directly communicates the radiator chamber with an engine chamber in which the engine and the generator are disposed. The ventilation hole is displaced from the radiator fan in a long-side direction of the package. A ventilation hood covers above and around the ventilation hole. An outlet opening of the ventilation hood is formed being displaced in a short-side direction (Y) of the package to face the ventilation hole.

The correction signal measurement sensor is arranged to be in contact with a metal member that includes a coil conductive wire that constitutes the stator coil, a terminal connected to the coil conductive wire, and a power line connected between the coil conductive wire and the terminal, at a point on which no cooling oil drops.

The cooling fan includes a band having an inner band radius and an outer band radius. The cooling fan includes a plurality of reversed fins extending between the band and the upper surface and between a root adjacent to the rotational axis and a tip adjacent to the outer band radius, each fin offset at an angle measured in a counterclockwise direction from a plane passing through the rotational axis and the tip to a plane passing through the root and the tip when viewed from above the cooling fan.

摘要: A rotary dust screen for a cooling unit of an agricultural vehicle includes a frame having a ring shape, wherein a dust screen is mounted in the frame and wherein the frame includes a seal extending along the ring and comprising a lip adapted to abut, when the rotary dust screen is mounted on the cooling unit, against a housing of the cooling unit to prevent contaminants from entering the cooling unit at an edge of the dust screen, wherein the rotary dust screen further has a driving belt adapted to be driven by a rotary actuator to rotate the dust screen, wherein the driving belt engages with the rotary dust screen at an outer surface of the seal.

摘要: A method for an engine is presented, wherein during a first condition, pressurized gas from an engine coolant degas bottle to an ejector positioned in a vent line coupled to a fuel vapor canister; and the contents of the fuel vapor canister are purged to an engine intake. The ejector may draw atmospheric air into the fuel vapor canister, thus enabling purging of the fuel vapor canister even when an engine intake vacuum is below a threshold. In this way, boosted engines and other engines configured to operate with reduced intake vacuum may execute canister purging events that are independent of engine intake pressure.

The top end and/or the bottom end of the shield rib have a cutout section allowing air to pass between the adjacent cooling fans.

摘要: Provided is an electric generator which is capable of being used indoors. The electric generator employs the use of a cooling system which injects water directly into the engine through a domestic water pipe. The cooling system does not require the use of a water pump, radiator, cooling fans, alternator or any associated belts. The electric generator also employs the use of an exhaust system which allows for the passage of cooled exhaust gases and water from the engine in a safe manner without having exhaust fumes enter the home and without posing a fire hazard to the home or building structure. Further advantages of the indoor electric generator are discussed herein.
