摘要: A system and methods for a turbo-boost control system are disclosed for providing a driver of a vehicle with greater control over vehicle performance. The turbo-boost control system instructs an electronic control unit of the vehicle to increase the manifold pressure to a higher level before releasing the pressure through a waste gate so as to provide a greater power output of the engine. The turbo-boost control system includes a control module, a wiring harness, and a signal adjuster. The wiring harness couples the control module with a turbo inlet pressure sensor, a manifold absolute pressure sensor, and an electronic control unit of the vehicle. The control module sends signals to the electronic control unit based on input readings from the turbo inlet pressure sensor and the manifold absolute pressure sensor. The signal adjuster includes a rheostat that enables manual adjustment of the power output of the engine.

摘要: The invention relates to a turbomachine (1) for supplying air to a fuel cell system, comprising at least one compressor wheel (3) conjointly connected to a shaft (2), and an electric motor (4) for driving the shaft (2), the compressor wheel (3) being connected via a hub portion (5) to a preferably hollow-cylinder-shaped shaft portion (6) of the shaft (2). According to the invention, at least one air channel (7, 8) is formed in the hub portion (5), by means of which air channel a compressor inlet (9) is connected to an annular space (10) on the side of the compressor wheel (3) facing away from the compressor inlet (9) such that substantially the same air pressure is present on both sides of the compressor wheel (3). The invention further relates to a method for operating a turbomachine (1).

摘要: A cylinder gas recirculation system device of an internal combustion engine based on pressure differential driving is provided, the overall device includes a recirculation intake and exhaust system and a gas storage system. An intake control valve on a cylinder block, a surge tank, and an exhaust control valve on the cylinder block are sequentially connected to form a gas recirculation subsystem of the cylinder block of the internal combustion engine. Two adjacent subsystems are in communication through an intake pipe. Positions of intake and exhaust pipelines may be anywhere between the top and bottom dead centers of a piston in a cylinder, and intake and exhaust valves of the gas recirculation may share the same valve. Different valves may also be used, and the intake and exhaust pipelines of the gas recirculation are arranged on the same side of the cylinder in double layers.

摘要: Systems and methods provide for cleaning the air intake valves and surrounding areas of an engine. A gravity-fed cleaning-fluid dispenser may feed cleaning fluid into a hose through a metered device that meters a rate at which the cleaning fluid flows into the hose. A second fluid meter connected to a distal end of the hose further meters the rate at which a mixture of the cleaning fluid and air from is dispersed into the running GDI engine. Cleaning fluid may be distributed to the engine at a gradually decreasing rate as a volume of cleaning fluid in the dispenser decreases as the service progresses.
