    摘要: The present invention discloses a two-dimensional engine, including a driving device, a two-dimensional gas compressor, a gas outlet pipe, a refueling device, a safety device, an electric ignition device, an axial-flow gas compressor, and a crank connecting rod mechanism, wherein the electric ignition device is arranged on a left side of the gas outlet pipe; the crank connecting rod mechanism is arranged below the gas outlet pipe; the driving device includes a first motor, a first gear, a first dowel bar and a first rack that is arranged on the first dowel bar; the first rack is meshed with the first gear; and the two-dimensional gas compressor includes an upper pressure plate, a first cylindrical plate, a second cylindrical plate, a fixing rod, a first pressure-bearing plate, a second pressure-bearing plate and a shell. The present invention has the beneficial effects of simple structure and relatively high energy utilization rate.

    摘要: A piston for a lean-burn gasoline engine comprising a cylinder, an air inlet and an exhaust outlet, wherein the air inlet and the exhaust outlet are arranged about a longitudinal axis of the cylinder. The piston comprises a central axis which is aligned with the longitudinal axis of the cylinder. The working surface (79) of the piston (454) comprises a central dished portion and an outer sloped portion surrounded by an outer sloped portion. A first pair of valve pockets (444a, 444b) are located in the outer sloped portion on a first side of the dished portion, and a second pair of valve pockets (445a, 445b) located in the outer sloped portion on the second side of the dished portion. The dished portion comprises a ramp protuberance located between the first pair of valve pockets. The dished portion is configured to promote tumble of air flow into the cylinder from the air inlet, in use during an intake stroke of the piston.

    摘要: This liquid injection nozzle atomizes and sprays liquid, while reducing loss of kinetic energy, thereby promoting mixing between the liquid and a gas and thus promoting the reaction between the liquid and the gas. In the liquid injection nozzle, a plurality of distal end tips each having an injection hole are provided on a distal end portion of a nozzle body. Each distal end tip has a conical swirling flow chamber. A communication thin hole is formed in the distal end portion. The communication thin hole extends from a hollow chamber to the conical swirling flow chamber of the distal end tip. When the valve needle is lifted, liquid flows through the communication thin hole into the swirling flow chamber in a tangential direction and generates a vortex flow, and the vortex flow is sprayed from the injection hole.

    摘要: A fuel injection control device for an engine is provided. A swirl generator generates a swirl flow inside a combustion chamber. A fuel injector with multiple nozzle holes injects fuel into the combustion chamber, and forms a lean mixture gas inside the combustion chamber. An spark plug ignites the lean mixture gas to cause the mixture gas to start combustion accompanied by flame propagation, and then combust by self-ignition. A first atomized fuel spray injected from a first nozzle hole and a second atomized fuel spray injected from a second nozzle hole separate from each other by the swirl flow. The fuel injector sequentially performs first and second injections in an intake stroke. A ratio of an injection amount of the second injection to the entire amount of fuel required per cycle is increased as an engine load increases.
