The internal combustion engine of the present invention may include two rotors on which the pistons and cylinders and pistons are mounted, respectively. A plurality of cylinders mounted on a cylinder rotor, and a plurality of pistons mounted on a piston rod rotor, where the arrangements of the pistons and cylinders are complementary and each piston is paired with one of the cylinders. The cylinder rotor and the piston rod rotor may be position at oblique angle relative to one another, such that their central axes are located on a same plane, but the axes are not coaxially aligned and intersect on that plane.

    摘要: An engine balancing system includes an engine body. At least two slider-crank mechanisms are provided inside the engine body. One of the slider-crank mechanisms is arranged opposite to the other slider-crank mechanism. A slider in one of the slider-crank mechanisms is moved at a speed and acceleration similar to a speed and acceleration of a slider in the other slider-crank mechanism. The slider-crank mechanism includes a connecting rod and a crankshaft with a crank. One end of one of the slider-crank mechanisms and one end of the other slider-crank mechanism are connected to the same crankshaft through the crank. The balancing system can effectively eliminate first-order, second-order and higher-order vibrations generated during engine operation, thus reducing the probability of equipment damage.

    摘要: An internal combustion engine includes a hollow cylinder, a piston within the hollow cylinder, and a cylinder head. A base valve assembly at a base of the hollow cylinder permits or restricts fluid flow from an intake manifold into a sub-chamber below the piston. The piston includes at least one intake port connecting a combustion chamber above the piston with the sub-chamber, and a transfer valve that opens and closes the at least one intake port. When the transfer valve opens the at least one intake port, fluid is permitted to flow from the sub-chamber to the combustion chamber. The internal combustion engine operates according to a four-stroke piston cycle, wherein multiple intake stages are provided. The intake stages may include intake of air into the sub-chamber during a compression stroke, transfer of air from the sub-chamber to the combustion chamber during a power stroke, intake of air-fuel mixture into the sub-chamber during an exhaust stroke, and transfer of air-fuel mixture from the sub-chamber to the combustion chamber during an intake stroke.

The track is coupled to a shaft and has an inner cam surface and an outer cam surface. The piston is coupled to the track by followers which run on the respective inner and outer cam surfaces of the track to control motion of the piston. A sliding element is connected to the piston and extends below the piston head having a profiled slider surface which engages a corresponding profile in the casing. Also, the casing includes at least two plates having a cutout for receiving the track and a bore for receiving the shaft, and at least two end plates coupled transverse to the plates. At least one cylinder bore is formed in the end plates, and the piston is arranged to move in reciprocating motion in the cylinder bore.
