    摘要: A fuel injector clamp has a clamp body extending between a fuel rail side and a cylinder head side. The fuel rail side has a bolt fixing surface extending in a first plane and a rail mounting surface extending in an oblique second plane relative to the first plane. The cylinder head side has a clamp mounting surface extending in a third plane parallel to the first plane. The clamp body defines a first bolt bore, a second bolt bore, and an injector pocket. The first bolt bore extends from the bolt fixing surface at the fuel rail side through the clamp body to the cylinder head side perpendicular to the bolt fixing surface and the clamp mounting surface. The second bolt bore extends from the rail mounting surface at the fuel rail side into the clamp body perpendicular to the rail mounting surface. The injector pocket extends through the clamp mounting surface perpendicularly through the clamp body to the rail mounting surface. The first bolt bore and the injector pocket extend along parallel axes, and the second bolt bore extends along an axis that is oblique to the parallel axes.

    摘要: A removal tool configured for removing an insertable engine component from an engine assembly. In the removal tool may include a coupling device, a drive member, and a lifting member attached to a main shaft. The coupling device is mounted onto a retainer securing an engine component, and the lifting member is positioned against the underside of a flange of the engine component. A rotational force applied against the drive member is transferred to the coupling device and causes the retainer to be unscrewed. As the retainer is unscrewed, this causes a lifting force from the retainer pushing against the coupling device, which causes the lifting member to be pushed upward, and further causing the engine component to be pushed upward and away from the engine assembly. This facilitates removal of the engine component concurrently with the removal of the retainer (e.g., in a single operation).

    摘要: A rocker housing is configured to enclose a rocker shaft and rocker arms connected to push rods that protrude from a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine. The rocker housing comprises a sidewall configured to enclose the rocker shaft and a top wall extending laterally from an upper portion of the sidewall so as to extend over the rocker arms. The rocker housing further comprises an aperture configured to accommodate a fuel injector or a fuel supply pipe for supplying fuel to a fuel injector of the internal combustion engine. The rocker housing further comprises a fuel return channel extending within at least a part of the sidewall. The fuel return channel comprises an inlet at the interior surface of the sidewall configured to receive excess fuel from the injector; an outlet at an exterior surface of the sidewall configured to output the excess fuel, wherein the outlet is laterally offset from the inlet; and an interior passage extending between the inlet and the outlet. The interior passage is formed integrally in the sidewall of the rocker housing between the interior surface of the sidewall and the exterior surface of the sidewall. The interior passage has a minor component in a direction between the interior surface and the exterior surface of the sidewall and has a major component in a direction of lateral offset between the inlet and the outlet.

The system is a two-stroke internal combustion engine having an exhaust valve assembly that controls the exhaust cycle relative to crankshaft timing. The exhaust valve assembly is positioned between exhaust port and an exhaust pipe. The exhaust valve assembly comprises a rotary exhaust valve and valve phasing assembly. The rotary exhaust valve comprises a valve body defining a valve void therethrough. The use of the rotary exhaust valve allows for alteration or calibration of the fixed time and location at which the intake port and exhaust port are opened and closed by the piston with respect to the respective engine cycle. Notably, while still uncovered by the piston, the exhaust port may be closed due to full misalignment of the valve void and the exhaust port, while the intake port remains open, allowing for cylinder charging.

    摘要: The present invention provides a fuel injector capable of suppressing separation of a fuel flow in an injection port during fuel injection. A fuel injector (30) includes plural injection ports (31a to 31f), each of which injects the fuel into an internal combustion engine (10). The plural injection ports (31a to 31f) are provided in plural on a first circle with a first radius (R1) and on a second circle with a larger second radius (R2) than the first radius (R1), and includes: a first injection port (31a), a center of an opening of which is provided on the first circle; and a second injection port (31c), a center of an opening of which is provided on the second circle on an opposite side of a tangent of the first circle, which passes the center of the opening of the first injection port, from a center axis (CF1) of the fuel injector (30).
