摘要: A linear compressor includes a spring axially elastically supporting a driving assembly. The spring includes a spring body axially extending, a front spring link forming an end of the spring body by extending from a side of the spring body, and a rear spring link forming the other end of the spring body by extending from the other side of the spring body. Any one of the front spring link and the rear spring link is fixed to the driving assembly and the other one is fixed to a supporting assembly.

摘要: A fluid end comprising a plurality of fluid end sections positioned in a side-by-side relationship. Each fluid end section is releasably attached to a connect plate. Each connect plate is attached to a power source using a plurality of stay rods. Each fluid end section comprises a housing in fluid communication with a pair of intake manifolds and a discharge conduit. A fluid routing plug is installed within each housing and is configured to route fluid throughout the housing. A plunger is installed within stuffing box attached to each housing. A number of features, including the location of seals within bore walls and carbide inserts within valve guides, aid in reducing or transferring wear.

摘要: An ozone injector device comprising a housing, a corona tube disposed within the housing and configured to generate ozone, a check-valve removably coupled to the water passageway, a second end of the check-valve having a cavity with a movable float contained therein, an ozone inlet fitting removably coupled to the check-valve, the ozone inlet being in fluid communication with the corona tube via a corona discharge tube such that ozone entering the water passageway through the ozone inlet fitting must pass through the check valve, and a spring-loaded clearing piston positioned to move into and out of the water passageway, the clearing piston being biased upwards, and configured to prevent flow of ozone into the water passageway.

摘要: A well service pump system supplies high pressure working fluid to a well. The pump system is a linear design which incorporates a diesel engine, a hydraulic drive gear box, open loop hydraulic Pumps, hydraulic ram cylinders, controls for the hydraulic system hydraulic cylinders, working fluid end cylinders and a coupling to connect the hydraulic cylinders and the working fluid ends. The engine powers the hydraulic system which, in turn, provides hydraulic fluid to operate the hydraulic ram cylinders. Each of the polished rods of the hydraulic ram cylinders is connected axially to a plunger rod end of a working fluid end cylinder. There is no crankshaft or automatic transmission required. The linear design allows for a longer plunger stroke length while still allowing highway transport on a truck or skid.

The radial ports of the spool complement the radial ports of the seal cartridge. The seal cartridge radial ports, the spool radial ports, and the central bore of the spool define fluid flow passages.

摘要: A gas transfer and depressurization system that is configured to transfer gas from a first location to a second location wherein during the transfer of gas the pressure of the first location is reduced. The gas transfer and depressurization system includes a drive chamber having an interior volume with a drive assembly movably disposed therein. A first cylinder and a second cylinder are operably coupled to the drive chamber on opposing sides thereof. The drive assembly includes a drive rod having portions extending into the first cylinder and second cylinder wherein the drive rod has pistons formed on opposing ends thereof. A controller is operably coupled to a compressed air source and is configured to provide compressed air into said drive chamber so as to reciprocally move the drive assembly. Gas blocks and coupling block are additionally present and facilitate flow of gas intermediate the first and second cylinders.

摘要: A foam pump has dual, coaxial air and liquid cylinders, each having a respective air and liquid piston which move together during a dispensing operation. One or more air passageways between the air cylinder and a liquid-air mixing chamber are configured to impart rotation to an airstream passing from the air cylinder to the mixing chamber to increase turbulent mixing of the air and liquid in the mixing chamber. The liquid cylinder is axially aligned with the air cylinder to provide a low profile pump which does not require a dip tube or sleeve to communicate with the bottom of the liquid source when used in an inverted application wherein the foam pump is positioned below the source of liquid. A resilient valve member in the liquid outlet is biased to close on its own to prevent leaking in the event the air and liquid pistons do not fully return to the home position.
