摘要： A self-priming assembly for a multi-stage pump is provided. The self-priming assembly can have a first diffuser, a second diffuser, and an impeller. The first and second diffusers each include a central portion, a diffuser axis, an arcuate channel within the central portion, and a passage extending through the central portion. The first diffuser and the second diffuser are configured to be combined and receive the impeller therebetween with the first diffuser axis, the second diffuser axis, and the impeller axis aligned.

摘要： A downhole tool includes an electric submersible pump to pump a well fluid to a surface of a borehole. The downhole tool includes a motor to power the electric submersible pump and a seal section to protect the motor from the well fluid. The seal section includes an elastomeric bag and a clamp at each end of the elastomeric bag to secure the elastomeric bag. The seal section includes an elastomeric bag protector secured around each clamp, wherein the elastomeric bag protector extends axially beyond a respective clamp to surround a tapered portion of the elastomeric bag above and below the clamp, and wherein the elastomeric bag protector has a sloped inner diameter that matches a profile of the tapered portion.

摘要： An electric liquid pump includes a casing having a central portion, rear cover and front cover, having an inlet and an outlet for the liquid. The central portion has first and second compartments, with the second compartment in fluid communication with the front cover interior. The pump includes an impeller and an electric motor, for operating the impeller, a stator housed in the first compartment, a rotor, coaxial with the stator, housed in the second compartment and an electronic card for supplying the stator at least partly housed in the rear cover. The central portion includes a plurality of walls delimiting a plurality of gaps in fluid communication with the second compartment and the front cover interior such that the liquid circulates in the gaps. The walls at least partly face the stator such that the liquid circulating in the corresponding gap removes heat from the stator.

摘要： An electric pump may include a stack of diffusers including a first diffuser and a second diffuser. The first diffuser includes a recess therein defining an inner recess surface substantially circumscribing a primary diffuser axis. The second diffuser includes a lip projecting into the recess of the first diffuser. In response to a differential torque applied to the first and second diffusers about the primary diffuser axis, the lip of the second diffuser may engage the inner recess surface of the first diffuser, and thereby prevent relative rotation of the diffusers with respect to one another. An outer perimeter surface of the lip and the inner recess surface may define polygonal shapes or other non-circular profiles.

摘要： A serial pump includes a pump body, a first impeller and a second impeller. A first rotor chamber, a second rotor chamber and a connecting channel are formed in the pump body.
