摘要: Disclosed is a valve device, comprising at least one valve piston arranged in a valve housing in a longitudinally displaceable manner, which valve piston is moved by means of a drive in conjunction with the assigned drive train and interconnects individual fluid ports present in the valve housing in a fluid-conveying manner or separates them from one another. A sensor device monitors the respective positions of the drive train and thus the respective positions of the valve piston in the valve housing.

摘要: A non-electric robotic crawler platform system and method for logically controlling a pneumatically driven multidirectional multi-motor crawler platform in a confined space that can include Zone 0 and 1 spaces. The system can include a robotic crawler platform and an air logic control system. The robotic crawler platform can include wheels and pneumatic motors. The pneumatic motors can be connected to the wheels. Wheels can be polymer, magnetic, rollers, sprockets for track driven system and other motion systems. The air logic control system can be in fluid communication with the pneumatic motors. The robotic crawler platform and the air logic control system are non-electric. The robotic crawler platform and the air logic control system are made from materials having anti-static properties. A user can provide motion control input to the air logic control system to control directional motion of the robotic crawler platform by controlling any one of or any combination of the pneumatic motors in either a forward or reverse rotation direction. Precision can be obtained through flow/pressure controls either onboard the robotic platform to the motors or exhaust controls plumed exhaust flow regulators from the air piloted shuttle valves.

When the floating function activation command has been inputted by the operator, acquiring, a signal or data indicative of the current position of the boom along a travel path of the boom over time, the travel path including a first section between a boom full extension position and a deceleration position, a second section between the deceleration position and a grounding position, and a third section between the grounding position and a full retract position, and moving the boom from the current position, determined based on the signal or data indicative of the position of the boom, to the full retract position.

摘要: An electro-hydraulic servo valve, which has an adjustable null position and can be directly driven by the motor, is provided and includes four parts: a slide valve assembly, a two-dimensional motor, a magnet resetting-to-null mechanism, and a displacement sensor, and the four parts are set coaxially arranged. The slide valve assembly is a conventional two-dimensional servo valve structure. The two-dimensional motor may directly drive the valve core to rotate to further control a size of an opening opened by a valve. The magnet resetting-to-null mechanism is configured to reset the valve to the null position. The displacement sensor may monitor a position of the valve core in real-time and feedback signals to achieve closed-loop controlling.

摘要: A fixed displacement hydraulic pump match flow demand control system that includes a spool valve, a plurality of fixed displacement pumps and a control valve is provided. The spool valve includes a spool. The spool is configured to shuttle within a chamber of a housing based at least in part on a pressure difference between a first end and the second end of the chamber. A fluid flow from each fixed displacement pump of the plurality of fixed displacement pumps is in fluid communication with an associated input port to the spool valve. At least one output port of the spool valve is in fluid communication with a hydraulically operated device and at least one of another output port is in fluid communication with a return. The control valve is configured to adjust the location of the spool in the chamber to regulate fluid flow to the hydraulically operated device.
