When the second hydraulic actuator and the first hydraulic actuator are operated in combination, the controller reduces the amount of change in the flow rate of a hydraulic fluid supplied from the first control valve to the first hydraulic actuator with respect to changes in a manipulation amount to operate the first hydraulic actuator to a value smaller than that when the first hydraulic actuator is solely operated.

In this case, the direction of a flow of a hydraulic fluid F2 spurting from the lateral hole (53A) can be changed to approach the direction parallel to the center axis of the main valve (43) by a hydraulic fluid F1 spurting from the groove portion (53C).

A spool is slidably inserted into the bore to allow a flow of fluid from the first to second fluid passage. A valve regulates a flow rate of fluid flowing through the first fluid passage. A first seat surface is defined between an area in which the first fluid passage is connected to the bore and an area in which the second fluid passage is connected to the bore. When the flow of fluid from the first to second fluid passage is initiated, an area of a gap between the first seat surface and the spool on a plane taken in a transverse direction is 5%˜50%, preferably 10%˜20% of an area of an opening defined by the first seat surface.

    摘要: Disclosed embodiments include hydraulic systems which provide power to lift, tilt and auxiliary (e.g., implement) functions, including high-flow auxiliary functions, with increased efficiency. Disclosed embodiments incorporate a single variable displacement pump that supplies pressurized fluid to a main control valve (e.g., for lift, tilt, and auxiliary functions) and a bypass circuit. The main control valve supplies fluid to control lift, tilt, and auxiliary flow for implements. The bypass circuit combines flow with the output of the auxiliary section of the main control valve to optionally provide high-flow for selected implements. The single variable displacement pump can then be set to different output flow levels, with the bypass circuit functioning differently under different conditions to optimize hydraulic flow to carryout various tasks under various conditions.

    摘要: A fluid pressure control device includes a switching valve that has a pilot chamber to which the working oil is supplied from the supply passage through the second control valve, and a first relief valve that is provided on the downstream side of the switching valve. The second control valve allows supply of the working oil to the pilot chamber in a case where a flow of the working oil to a tilt cylinder is allowed, and blocks the supply of the working oil to the pilot chamber in a case where the flow of the working oil to the tilt cylinder is blocked. The switching valve allows a flow of the working oil to the first relief valve in a case where the working oil is supplied to the pilot chamber, and blocks the flow of the working oil to the first relief valve in a case where the supply of the working oil to the pilot chamber is blocked.
