    摘要: A bearing cap according to one embodiment of this disclosure includes: a concave part that supports a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine; first bosses that are disposed one on each side of the concave part and each have a first bolt hole; and second bosses that are disposed one on each side of a bearing cap main body having the concave part and the first bosses so as to flank the bearing cap main body and each have a second bolt hole. The bearing cap is fixed to a first member of the internal combustion engine by first bolts inserted into the first bolt holes, and to a second member of the internal combustion engine by second bolts inserted into the second bolt holes. At least the pair of second bosses have higher rigidity than a frame.

    摘要: A device encapsulates a main bearing of a crankshaft. The main bearing is supplied with oil via an oil supply groove. The device has a bearing seat for the main bearing and on its sides which face toward the crank webs of the crankshaft, has oil channels which are open in the direction of the main bearing and in the direction of the crankshaft webs. In the device, the oil channels are sealed off in the direction of the crankshaft webs by sealing disks which are fastened to the bearing seat.

    摘要: A crankshaft has spaced-apart cheeks and a cylindrical surface between the cheeks. A split ring bearing assembly has first and second bearing parts that join to encircle the cylindrical surface. First and second split ring seal assemblies each have first and second seal parts that join to encircle and sealingly contact with the cylindrical surface on each side of the split ring bearing assembly. A journal includes a first and second journal halves having cylindrical recesses receiving the crankshaft so that the split ring bearing assembly bears upon the journal and the first and second split ring seal assemblies sealingly contact with the journal halves. A lube fill fitting is provided in the journal for the introduction of lubricant which is permanently sequestered between the first and second split ring seal assemblies to provide sealed lubrication of the split ring bearing assemblies.

The adjustment member includes a tubular part having a female screw part into which the male screw part is screwed, and a contact part formed at one end of the tubular part and capable of contacting the bearing supporting the crank axle.

    摘要: A propeller assembly is provided for mounting on a rotatable propeller shaft of a watercraft. The propeller assembly includes a housing structure extending along a longitudinal axis. The housing structure includes an outer surface and an inner surface defining a cavity having a polygonal-shaped cross-section defined by at least one corner and at least one sidewall. A bushing assembly is receivable in the cavity of the housing structure. The bushing assembly includes a spindle having an inner surface defining a passageway for receiving the propeller shaft therethrough and an outer surface having a plurality of circumferentially spaced fin pairs extending therealong. Each fin pair includes a first fin extending from the outer surface of the spindle and a second fin extending from the outer surface of the spindle at a predetermined angle to the first fin. The bushing assembly also includes a bushing positioned between the spindle and the inner surface of the housing structure.
