    摘要: A pad-and-spring assembly has a supporting plate supporting friction material. The supporting plate has a disc facing surface, a plate back, and facing thrust structure. The friction material has a radially inner edge, and a radially outer edge, radially opposite to the radially inner edge, and defining the outer radial dimension level of the friction material with its tangential extension on the disc facing surface. The disc facing surface has a free surface located radially inside with respect to the tangential extension of the radially outer edge of the friction and having a through opening edge delimiting a through opening. An elastic device of the assembly has a body having at least one connecting portion, connecting to the body of the brake caliper and a supporting portion, axially crossing the through opening to apply elastic biasing action directly in axial direction to the through opening edge.

    摘要: A disc brake for a commercial vehicle includes a pneumatic brake cylinder, a brake disc, a brake caliper, an application device and brake pads. The brake caliper engages over the brake disc and the application device, which can be actuated by the brake cylinder, is arranged in the brake caliper, by which the brake pads can be pressed against the brake disc on both sides during braking. An extendable and retractable piston rod of the brake cylinder is in engagement with the brake application device and the brake caliper is detachably fastened to the brake cylinder by a fastening device. The fastening device includes at least one screw with a screw head, a screw shank and an external thread formed on the screw shank and at least one bore formed in or on the brake cylinder with an internal thread, into which the screw shank is screwed with the external thread, wherein the screw head is locked on a counter surface of the brake caliper.

    摘要: A disc brake for commercial vehicle includes a brake caliper and brake pads for clamping the brake disc. The brake caliper has a first inside space with an opening on a side facing the brake disc for receiving a clamping device, and the brake caliper has a second inside space for receiving the brake disc. The brake caliper and brake pads have advantages in terms of installation space and is lightweight and reduces production costs. The brake caliper includes clamping-side lugs and reaction-side lugs. The lugs on each side define a channel for receiving the brake pads for each side. The brake pads include supporting surfaces and bearing surfaces on their perimeter that correspond to the arrangement of the lugs. The lugs on the clamping side define an L-shape. The axial length of supporting surfaces of the clamping side brake pad is shorter than that of the clamping-side lugs.

    摘要: The vehicular disc brake comprises a caliper bracket 3, a caliper body 6 attached to the caliper bracket 3, and friction pads 7, 7 disposed on both sides of a disc rotor 2, and the caliper body 6 comprises an action part 6a provided with cylinder holes 6f, 6g through which a large-diameter piston 10 and a small-diameter piston 11 are inserted, and a bridge part 6c extending across the outer periphery of the disc rotor 2. Thinned parts 6n, 6p are provided respectively in positions corresponding to the pistons 10, 11 in a disc-radially inner wall 6i of the bridge part 6c. The volume of the thinned part 6b corresponding to the large-diameter piston 10 on the disc turn-out side when the vehicle is moving forward is less than the volume of the thinned part 6p corresponding to the small-diameter piston 11 on the disc turn-in side.

    摘要: A disc brake for a commercial vehicle has a pneumatic brake cylinder, a brake disc, a brake caliper, a brake application device and brake pads. The brake caliper engages over the brake disc. The brake application device, which can be actuated by the brake cylinder, is arranged in the brake caliper, by which the brake pads can be pressed against the brake disc on both sides during braking. An extendable and retractable piston rod of the brake cylinder is in engagement with the brake application device, and the brake caliper is detachably fastened to the brake cylinder by means of a fastening device. The fastening device includes at least one screw with a screw head, a screw shank and an external thread formed on the screw shank and at least one bore with an internal thread formed in or on the brake cylinder, with an internal thread, into which the screw shank is screwed with the external thread, wherein the screw head is locked on a counter surface of the brake caliper. A centering device is designed and provided to center the pneumatic brake cylinder and the brake caliper against each other independently of the screw connection of the at least one screw with the at least one bore.

    摘要: A brake device including a guide receiving area for connecting to a bearing component, forming a brake device bearing moveable in the direction of a first straight line. The brake device has a brake caliper with a first frictional surface and a first actuation surface, a pressing part being linearly guided along the first straight line relative to the brake caliper. The pressing part has a second frictional surface and a second actuation surface, and the brake device has a spreading element which interacts with the first actuation surface and the second actuation surface. The rotation of the spreading element changes the minimum distance between the frictional surfaces. A movement damping part coupled to the spreading element is designed to damp a translational movement of the spreading element relative to the bearing component in the guide receiving area parallel to the first straight line.
