    摘要: A method for isolating vibrations for centrifuge testing devices is provided. The method comprises coupling a test payload platform to a number of piezoelectric actuators and coupling the piezoelectric actuators to a reaction mass coupled to a centrifuge arm. A layer of vibration-absorbing material is sandwiched between the reaction mass and the centrifuge arm. The centrifuge arm is rotated around an axis, and the test payload platform is vibrated with the piezoelectric actuators as the centrifuge rotates, wherein the layer of vibration-absorbing material prevents vibrations from traveling down the centrifuge arm.

    摘要: A vehicle includes an exhaust, a frame hanger connected to a body of the vehicle, and an isolator connecting the exhaust to a body of the vehicle via the frame hanger such that the exhaust rotates about the frame hanger. The vehicle further includes a first frame bracket having a fixing portion fixed to the body of the vehicle and an engaging portion located near the isolator at a first distance. The first distance defines a first maximum allowable displacement of the exhaust as it rotates in a first direction about the frame hanger. The vehicle may include a second frame bracket having an engaging portion located adjacent to the isolator at a second distance opposite to the first frame bracket. The second distance may define a second maximum allowable displacement of the exhaust as it rotates in a second direction about the frame hanger.

    摘要: An antivibration unit attachment structure according to the present aspect includes: a vibration absorption part having a first elastic member which is elastically deformable in a first direction and which is connected to a vibration generation part; and a second elastic member which supports the vibration absorption part and which is connected to a vibration reception part. The second elastic member includes a movable part that extends from the vibration absorption part to both sides in a second direction and that is supported by the vibration reception part. The second elastic member is elastically deformable in the first direction and has an elastic coefficient different from that of the first elastic member. The vibration reception part includes a regulation member that comes into contact with at least one of the vibration absorption part and the second elastic member and that limits displacement of the second elastic member to the first direction.

    摘要: Proposed is a transmission mount for a vehicle in which the structure of an upper insert and a lower insert integrated with a single bridge among components of the transmission mount is improved to reduce the static stiffness in the right-left direction (i.e., the Y direction) of the transmission mount. The strength of the transmission mount in the front-rear direction (i.e., the X direction) and the static stiffness in the top-bottom direction (i.e., the Z direction) is reinforced so that the pitching motion and the vertical bounce behavior of the transmission may be efficiently controlled. Accordingly, booming noise caused by the rolling motion of the transmission is minimized, thereby improving NVH performance and meeting driving performance.
