    摘要: A shock absorber includes a housing and an end wall slidably disposed within the housing. The end wall and the housing cooperate to define at least a portion of a cavity within the housing. The cavity is filled with a fluid, and a piston is slidably disposed within the cavity. Movement of the piston within the cavity compresses the fluid to provide a spring force. The shock absorber further includes a compensator coupled to the end wall. The compensator positions the end wall within the housing to change a volume of the cavity in response to a change in a temperature of a first element of the compensator.

    摘要: A damper includes a pressure tube, a piston assembly, a piston rod, a reserve tube, and a reserve chamber. The damper also includes a base valve assembly having a valve body and a compression disc assembly. The compression disc assembly engages a first end face of the valve body to restrict flow through at least one compression passage. The base valve assembly also includes a rebound disc assembly. The rebound disc assembly engages a second end face of the valve body to restrict flow through at least one rebound passage. The rebound disc assembly includes at least one rebound bending disc that directly engages the second end face to close the at least one rebound passage. The rebound bending disc bends in response to pressure within the at least one rebound passage to permit flow through the at least one rebound passage.

    摘要: An elastic partition member located in the partition member is integrally provided with a relief valve that opens and closes a leak passage to suppress the generation of the cavitation phenomenon. A pair of relief valves is formed in a crescent shape on the outer circumferential side of the movable diaphragm section in opposed relation. The crescent shape of the relief valve is formed by an inner circumferential side of elliptical arc shape and an outer circumferential side of circular arc shape. A valve length of the relief valve varies in the longitudinal direction such that a middle portion in the longitudinal direction is largest. is easily deformed when the extraordinary vibration is inputted. Each end portion in the longitudinal direction of the relief valve is short in valve length and high in rigidity whereby to prevent the leak when the normal vibration is inputted.
