摘要: Disclosed is an 8-speed gearbox for a dual clutch transmission, with a particular gear arrangement of the gears on the countershaft, wherein the speed or reverse gear of a gear pair that is a permanently rotationally and axially fixed gear is the radially smaller of the gear pair. One or two cluster gears may be provided, each cluster gear having two gears axially paired attached to the countershaft by a shrink fit connection.

摘要: Regarding a travel power transmission apparatus for a tractor, in which a creep speed changing apparatus is housed in a transmission case, the present invention increases a deceleration ratio throughout the creep speed change while suppressing an increase in the size of the transmission case. A creep speed changing apparatus includes: a first power transmission gear that is provided on an output shaft gear of a gear transmission; a first deceleration gear that is supported by a relay shaft so as to be rotatable relative to the relay shaft, in a state of meshing with the first power transmission gear; a second power transmission gear that is provided on the first deceleration gear; a second deceleration gear that is supported by an output shaft of the gear transmission so as to be rotatable relative to the output shaft, in a state of meshing with the second power transmission gear; a third power transmission gear that is provided on the second deceleration gear; a third deceleration gear that is supported by the relay shaft so as not to be rotatable relative to the relay shaft, in a state of meshing with the third power transmission gear; and a pair of deceleration gears that are provided so as to span the relay shaft and the output shaft, and decelerate power from the relay shaft and transmit the resulting power to the output shaft.

摘要: A dual-clutch transmission includes an odd gears clutch, an odd gears shaft supporting at least two odd-numbered rotary gears, an even gears clutch, and an even gears shaft supporting at least two even-numbered rotary gears. A driven rotary shaft is selectively connectable to one respective said odd- or even-numbered gear at a time. The dual-clutch transmission includes first and second range selection gears to transfer drive from the driven rotary shaft to an output shaft so as selectively to permit selection of at least a first range transmission ratio or a second range transmission ratio. The dual-clutch transmission further includes a first bypass drive line to drive engagement of at least two mutually engaged bypass rotary gears with the output shaft, giving rise to a first intermediate transmission ratio.

摘要: A method is provided for configuring different numbers of gearshift variants in a stepped powershift transmission for an agricultural working machine. The method includes providing a transmission unit, a front-mounted range unit, a gear reduction unit, a rear-mounted range unit, a housing, a drive shaft, a lay shaft, an output shaft, and a hydraulic control arrangement. The same transmission unit is used for all the numbers of gearshift variants while an identical spatial orientation of the shafts is maintained for all the numbers of gearshift variants. The method further includes adapting exclusively the gearshift variants by varying the front-mounted range unit or the rear-mounted range unit.

The at least one selected shift element of the first group can be actuated in phase or with an overlapping phase displacement or an offset phase displacement with respect to the at least one selected shift element of the second group.
