    摘要: A transmission assembly including a torque input shaft and a torque output shaft and input idler gears, input fixed gears and shift elements, each of which is associated with an input idler gear, are arranged on the torque input shaft, and output idler gears, output fixed gears and shift elements, each of which are associated with an output idler gear, are arranged on the torque output shaft, with the result that a plurality of different torque transmission paths from the torque input shaft to the torque output shaft may be implemented. The transmission arrangement has an additional torque transmission path that may be implemented. The additional torque transmission path runs from the torque input shaft through a double gear to the torque output shaft. The transmission assembly can be included in a corresponding overall transmission which can be installed in an agricultural machine.

    摘要: A hybrid driveline assembly that includes a mode clutch, a driving member and a mode clutch shift fork is provided. The mode clutch dog has a first portion that is selectively coupled to a rotation of a first shaft. The first shaft is coupled to receive torque from a first type of motor. The mode clutch dog further has a second portion that is coupled to a rotation of a second shaft. The second shaft is coupled to receive torque from a second different type of motor. The driving member has a first end that is selectively coupled to the mode clutch dog to selectively lock rotation of the driving member with rotation of the mode clutch dog. The driving member further includes at least one gear. The mode clutch shift fork is engaged with the mode clutch dog to selectively manipulate a position of the mode clutch dog.

    摘要: A reversible torque transfer device includes an input shaft including a center disc, an output shaft including a first output gear and a second output gear, a first outer disc on a first side of the center disc, and a second outer disc on a second side. The first outer disc concentrically surrounds the input shaft and is configured to move translationally along the input shaft and rotate a first input gear, the first input gear being mechanically connected to the first output gear. The second outer disc concentrically surrounds the input shaft and is configured to move translationally along the input shaft and rotate a second input gear, the second input gear being mechanically connected to the second output gear. The center disc drives a rotational movement of the first and second outer discs based on a translational position of the outer discs along the input shaft.

    摘要: In a continuously variable transmission, driving force from a drive source is transmitted via a path to establish a LOW mode. A large torque that is transmitted in the LOW mode passes through a first output switching mechanism. Since a countershaft is relatively rotatably disposed on an outer periphery of an input shaft, and the first output switching mechanism is disposed on the countershaft, the countershaft which transmits a large torque is disposed on an outer peripheral side of a double tube and supported directly by a transmission case, and the input shaft which transmits a relatively small torque is supported via the countershaft, thereby making it possible to support the first output switching mechanism with high rigidity without carrying out special reinforcement.

    摘要: Disclosed is an apparatus for equalizing tensions among elevator wire ropes, which immediately eliminates imbalance and equalizes the tensions among elevator wire ropes in the event of differences in the lengths of elevator wire ropes, thereby improving safety, durability and reliability. The apparatus automatically corrects imbalance caused by changes in the lengths of a plurality of elevator wire ropes (700) to maintain a balance in the tensions of elevator wire ropes. The apparatus includes a body (200f) formed therein with a receiving space; a tension adjustment unit coupled to a plurality of belts (10f, 20f, 30f and 40f) connected to the elevator wire ropes (700), respectively, and installed in the body (200f); a main rotary shaft (50f) rotatably coupled to the body (200f) by passing through the tension adjustment unit; and first and second external gears (45f and 48f), which are fixed to the main rotary shaft (50f) such that the first and second external gears (45f and 48f) are rotatable, and which are coupled to the front and rear surfaces of the tension adjustment unit to transmit rotating forces.

    摘要: A unit type wave gear device (1) has a unit housing (2), one end of which is defined by a two-stage cross roller bearing (7). The two-stage cross roller bearing (7) has: an inner cross roller bearing formed by an inner ring (13), an intermediate ring (12), and inner rollers (17) inserted into an inner track (16); and has an outer cross roller bearing formed by an outer ring (11), the intermediate ring (12), and outer rollers (15) inserted into an outer track (14). A flexible externally-toothed gear (22) affixed to the intermediate ring (12) is rotatably supported by the unit housing (2) via the outer cross roller bearing. An input shaft (4) affixed to the inner ring (13) and a wave generator (23) affixed to the input shaft (4) are rotatably supported by the intermediate ring (12) via the inner cross roller bearing. A unit type wave gear device can be realized in which the number of components are reduced and a large moment load is applied.
