摘要: A powershift transmission for an agricultural machine includes a transmission housing, an input shaft unit and an output shaft, wherein the input shaft unit and the output shaft extend at least in sections within the transmission housing. An auxiliary shaft is arranged parallel to but offset between the input shaft unit and the output shaft. The input shaft unit and the auxiliary shaft are connected to one another via a front-mounted range unit, and the auxiliary shaft and the output shaft are connected to one another via a rear-mounted range unit. The front-mounted and rear mounted range units each includes at least two gear wheel pairs, the at least two gear wheel pairs being individually coupled or decoupled. The auxiliary shaft unit includes a first auxiliary shaft and a second auxiliary shaft, where the first and second auxiliary shafts are coupled to one another via a reduction gear unit.

摘要: A shift control method for an automated manual transmission (AMT) of a vehicle includes: when a shift operation is started, a torque of the second motor is increased so that a change in an output torque of the output shaft due to a change in a torque of the first motor is minimized while the torque of the first motor is being decreased. According to the shift control method, the increased torque of the second motor is maintained to be constant while controlling transmission release, speed synchronization, and transmission coupling. After the control over the transmission coupling is completed, the torque of the second motor is controlled so that the output torque of the output shaft follows a predetermined target torque while the torque of the first motor is controlled to be increased.

摘要: A method for performing rotational speed synchronisation of a first transmission component having a first initial rotational speed with a second transmission component having a second initial rotational speed, so that they rotate with the same final rotational speed during a gear switch from an initial driving gear to a final driving gear in a stepped gear transmission for a hybrid electric or electric drive train having an electric traction motor. The method including calculating a total frictional work resulting from performing the total rotational speed synchronisation by means of a mechanical synchroniser of the stepped gear transmission only, and if the calculated total frictional work exceeds a maximal frictional work of the mechanical synchroniser, performing the rotational speed synchronisation by means of both the electric traction motor and the mechanical synchroniser.

摘要: A method of controlling a powertrain of a vehicle is carried out such that during shifting in which a first clutch is released and a second clutch is engaged, whether a current shift phase is a torque phase or an inertia phase is determined. Different cost functions for the torque phase and the inertia phase are predefined. A control input change for minimizing the cost functions in the torque phase and the inertia phase is calculated. At least two among input torque, first clutch torque, or second clutch torque input to a transmission are controlled by applying the control input change calculated for the torque phase and the inertia phase.

摘要: A method of determining a commanded friction brake torque is disclosed. The method uses inputs, such as from a gearshift sensor, an accelerator pedal sensor, a brake pedal sensor, and engine torque output sensor, a transmission speed input sensor and a transmission speed output sensor, to determine how much engine braking or regenerative braking is occurring. The method then uses this information combined with the braking command information from the brake pedal sensor to determine the amount of friction braking to apply to the friction brakes.
