摘要: Apparatuses for controlling fluid flow are important components for delivering process fluids for semiconductor fabrication. These apparatuses for controlling fluid flow frequently rely on fluid flow components which incorporate check valves to prevent reverse flow of fluids within the apparatuses for controlling fluid flow. The check valves make use of magnetic fields to enable biasing of a closure member against a seat without the need for mechanical biasing elements such as springs. These magnetic fields may be generated by one or more magnets, improving a wide range of operating parameters.

摘要: A fluid machine includes a flow path including an outflow port of a fluid, a first portion through which the fluid flows from the other side to one side in a first direction, and a second portion through which the fluid flows. The second portion is located between one end of the first portion in the first direction and the outflow port. The fluid machine further includes a check valve portion that is movable along the first direction in the first portion, and is located at a first position at which the one end is closed, a second position that is located on one side in the first direction and through which the fluid can circulate between the first and second portions, and a third position at which the one end is closed and that is located on another side in the first direction with respect to the first position.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a hydrogen generation device. The hydrogen generation device includes: a plurality of cylinders; a combustor disposed in each of the plurality of cylinders to combust a fuel; a distributor configured to deliver the fuel supplied from the fuel supplier to each of the plurality of combustors by distributing the fuel in a uniform quantity, a plurality of reactors disposed in the plurality of cylinders, respectively, to generate hydrogen by a reforming reaction of a feed supplied from a feed supplier while the reactors are heated by a combustion heat transmitted from the combustor, and a fuel meter disposed between the distributor and the combustor to adjust an amount of the fuel delivered from the distributor to the combustor in a fixed quantity.

摘要: A pop-up valve or valve assembly operable to manage backflow, the assembly configured with a stem or stem portion. The assembly includes a valve sleeve disposed on the stem. The valve sleeve is configured to engage the stem. A stem outside diameter is smaller than an inside diameter of the valve sleeve, such that the sleeve is able to move freely on the stem and also provide a restricted passage for airflow.

摘要: A valve with a valve seat and a valve disk has the valve disk configured such that it can be brought into a first position in which it is in contact with the valve seat where the valve is closed, and can be brought into a second position in which the valve is open. The valve has at least one spring element, and the valve seat can be displaced against a force exerted by the at least one spring element by bringing the valve disk from the second position into the first position and thereby deforming the spring element.
