    摘要: Disclosed is an actuator unit for opening or closing a valve opening of a valve for a pneumatic adjusting device of a vehicle seat, comprising a circuit board with a top side extending in a circuit board plane, an actuating element with an actuating section for opening or closing the valve opening and a bending section connected to the actuating section, and an actuator element with a first end mechanically connected to the actuating section and a second end mechanically connected to the circuit board. The actuator element is configured to, when actuated, bend the bending section such that the actuating section is moved between a first position for opening the valve opening and a second position for closing the valve opening. The actuating section is arranged on a first side and the bending section is arranged on a second side, situated opposite the first side, respective of the circuit board plane.

    摘要: A vapor impermeable solenoid for a fuel tank isolation valve assembly an outer housing defining an inner cavity, windings configured to generate a magnetic flux when energized, and a flux collector configured to direct the magnetic flux. An armature tube is disposed within the inner cavity inboard of the flux collector and formed of a magnetic and vapor impermeable material configured to prevent fuel vapor molecules from passing therethrough. A pole piece is disposed within the armature tube, and a magnetic armature is disposed within the armature tube and operably coupled to a seal configured to selectively seal a passage that allows fuel vapor to pass to a purge canister. The magnetic armature is configured to move from a first position to a second position when an electric current is applied to the windings.

    摘要: A connection arrangement has a crimp connector and a wire fixed in place in it, the crimp connector having a first and a second clamping plate, both single pieces, which in an assembled state clamp the wire between them and fix the wire in place with a tensile strength force acting in a longitudinally axial direction. Inner surfaces of the first and second clamping plate face one another at least in the assembled state are executed in a first form in the preassembled state. The first and second clamping plate fit tightly with one another and are deformed in the assembled state with a tool into a second form differing from the first that the wire, due to the deformation of the first and second clamping plates, forms at least one wave. A related valve and a related method are also disclosed.

    摘要: A process control device has an electropneumatic control unit which is used for activating a pneumatic actuating drive. The control unit has a fastening module by means of which it is fastened to a drive housing of the actuating drive. The control unit includes an interface plate which is separate from the fastening module, is mounted on a top side of the fastening module and is fluidically connected, through the fastening module, to the actuating drive. The control unit includes an electrically actuatable control valve device which is fixed to the fastening module by being mounted on the interface plate fixed to the fastening module. In this way, a process control device can be produced in an easily and variably configurable manner.
