A tubular seal plate assembly is positioned above the base plate assembly upper surface having a mating surface facing the base plate assembly upper surface with a plurality of grooves therein. Sealing material is provided within the grooves. A tubular hub assembly is positioned above the seal plate assembly. A plurality of fasteners connects the seal plate assembly to the hub. A plurality of external brackets connects the seal plate assembly to the base plate assembly to secure the seal plate assembly. The sealing material forms a first gasket between the seal plate assembly and the base plate assembly.

    摘要: In some embodiments, a fluid diverter device may include a diverter body having a body surface coupled to a first end and to an opposing a second end. A diverter conduit may be centrally positioned within the diverter body, and the conduit may extend between the first end and second end. A coupler plug may be disposed on the second end, and an accessory socket may be disposed on the first end. The coupler plug may have c coupler conduit in fluid communication with the diverter conduit. The device may further comprise a bend which may be formed in the diverter body, and the bend may be configured to angle the first end towards the second end. In further embodiments, the bend may comprise a bend angle, and the bend angle may be between 35 degrees and 49 degrees and more preferably between 40 and 44 degrees.

    摘要: The present invention describes a tubular scoop that may be utilized with various assemblies for sampling fluid in a pipeline. The scoop includes a bend with a bend radius that is from two to four times the diameter of the scoop. The scoop defines a scoop face that is parallel to an axis of the tubular of the scoop. The scoop is mounted with a threaded connection that seals around the tubular. An additional seal comprises a compression nut that allows orientation of the scoop within the pipeline whereupon the scoop orientation is fixed by tightening the compression nut.

    摘要: A threaded inline swivel has a first nut and an opposite second nut each having the form of a generally hollow cylinder with an open end to receive fuel. Each nut has a collar that has a common nominal diameter. A collar provides at least two faces for gripping by a wrench. Each nut has threading for connection to a hose or other fitting. To further seal the swivel to a hose or a fitting, at least one O-ring and at least one gasket are provided as alternative embodiments. In a further alternate embodiment, the swivel has a threaded second nut and an opposite barbed end on the first nut with a clip. The first nut has its chamber that constricts in diameter through a throat as it enters the second nut. The swivel in all embodiments provides for flow of fluid through it with little turbulence.

    摘要: A swivel misalignment coupling for connecting pipe sections in a high-pressure conduit. In one embodiment, the coupling is a three-bolt coupling having a female coupling member, a male coupling member, and a swiveling collar member. The male and female coupling members have contact surfaces that are spherical to enable sealing contact between them. A seal ring may be positioned between the contact surfaces to ensure a good seal. The collar swivels around the male coupling member to facilitate fastening of the collar to the female coupling member, which holds the male and female coupling members in sealing engagement. Recesses may be positioned radially inward from the attachment points (e.g., bolt holes) of the female coupling member to reduce stress and potential deformation of the contact surface.
