摘要: Elongated member handling systems and methods for using same. The system can include one or more elongated members. A connector can be formed on or mechanically linked to a first end of each of the one or more elongated members. An optional cover can be coupled to the connector. The system can also include a pulling assembly at least partially disposed about the one or more elongated members and adjacent the first end of each of the one or more elongated members. The pulling assembly can include a support skid. The pulling assembly or, if present, the optional cover can include a primary pulling anchor. The system can also include a jumper winch configured to be mechanically linked to the primary pulling anchor. The jumper winch, when mechanically linked to the primary pulling anchor, can be configured to pull the pulling assembly from a first structure to a second structure.

摘要: Modular conduit alignment and resultant conduit systems are disclosed herein. An example system includes a plurality of modular sections, one of which connects to an terminal enclosure, each of the plurality of conduit assemblies having at least one coupler assembly having a first plurality of conduit interfaces extending from a first side of the at least one coupler assembly and a second plurality of conduit interfaces a second side of the at least one coupler assembly. The first plurality of conduit interfaces and the second plurality of conduit interfaces are aligned and form pathways that allow wiring to extend through the plurality of modular sections when the plurality of modular sections are arranged in series.

摘要: An apparatus used in securing together a bundle of conductors has a support structure with an edge surface having a plurality of notches provided in the edge surface. Each notch of the plurality of notches has an open space dimensioned for receiving a bundle of conductors in the open space. A plurality of clamps are provided that are attachable to the edge surface with each clamp extending over a notch of the plurality of notches and over a bundle of conductors positioned in the open space of the notch. The clamps attached to the edge surface of the support structure over the bundle of conductors positioned in the notch in the edge surface secures the bundle of conductors in the open space of the notch.

摘要: An apparatus, system, and method that relate to a self-locking tie with one or more elastomeric features are disclosed. A strap of the self-locking tie includes one or more features that physically anchor the strap to a base of a mold during a multi-stage molding process. These features may include one or more recesses. Side walls of the one or more recesses may be sloped, as defined by anchors with undercut regions that physically engage material of the strap to prevent movement of the strap within a mold cavity of the base as the strap cools and as the strap is exposed between its formation and formation of one or more elastomeric features thereon.

摘要: A stackable cable hanger for supporting bundles of communications cables with the center radius of the bundle spread over the opening of the cable hanger. The cable hanger includes a cable tray with an upward extending inner arm and an upward extending outer arm. A cable tray extends between the arms. An arcuate surface on the cable tray provides a gentle bend radius to any cable bundles laid on the tray. Arcuate transitions on lateral ends of the cable tray provide a curved transition between the tray and the arms. Mounting holes are on the top and bottom of the inner arm enable attachment of the hanger to a support surface and vertical stacking of multiple hangers to create multiple tiers of cable bundles. A tie down loop on the inner arm and on the outer arm enables closure of the hanger opening with a cable tie or similar closure device.

摘要: A cable management assembly includes a cleat assembly and a bracket assembly insertable through the cleat assembly to secure the cleat assembly to a ladder rung. The cleat assembly has an upper shell, a lower shell rotatably coupled to the upper shell, and a first fastener to secure the upper and lower shells. The bracket assembly has a C-shaped bracket having a first leg and a second leg extending parallel to the first leg. The first leg includes a longitudinal slot and the second leg includes a flange and a longitudinal slot extending through the second leg and the flange. A second fastener extends through the slot in the second leg and is movable between an open position in which the fastener is spaced apart from the first leg and a closed position in which the fastener is positioned within the slot in the first leg.

摘要: A long travel cable carrier guide has a plurality of guideposts that support an upper portion of a cable carrier. The plurality of guideposts include rollers that move between an extended and retracted position that allows the cable carrier to pass by the guideposts. The rollers automatically return to an extended position wherein the rollers protrude into the path of the cable carrier and provide support to the upper portion of the cable carrier as needed.
