摘要: A system and method for calibrating flame current in a furnace is disclosed. The method includes initiating combustion within a combustion chamber by allowing flow of the fuel mixture to the combustion chamber; receiving, from a sensor, signals indicative of a flow rate of the air to the combustion chamber; receiving, from a flame rod sensor, signals indicative of a flame current of the combustion chamber; varying a flow rate of the air to the combustion chamber; receiving, from the flame rod sensor, responsive to varying flow rate of the air to the combustion chamber, signals indicative of a change in the flame current of the combustion chamber; and determining, based on varying flow rate of the air to the combustion chamber, and the change in flame current of the combustion chamber, a correlation between the flow rate of the air, and the flame current of the combustion chamber.

摘要: The present disclosure includes: a casing with an open top; a combustion compartment including: a combustion chamber disposed inside the casing to generate a blue flame-shaped flame by burning vegetable oil; a combustion cover enclosing the combustion chamber therein, and having an inner wall spaced apart from an outer wall of the combustion chamber by a predetermined distance to form a predetermined cavity; and an air chamber disposed below the combustion cover with a lower end of the combustion chamber being positioned above, wherein the air chamber supplies outside air toward the combustion chamber during combustion of the vegetable oil; an oil tank that supplies the vegetable oil to the combustion chamber; and a control unit that controls whether or not to drive the air chamber, the flow and supply pressure of the outside air, and whether or not to supply the vegetable oil and a supply amount of the vegetable oil.

摘要: A fire detection system for a gas turbine system including fire risk zones is provided. The system includes a pipe intake port proximate to each of the fire risk zones within a gas turbine system enclosure, and a manifold in fluid communication with the pipe intake port. A temperature sensor is positioned in the manifold upstream of a cooling system. The cooling system reduces a temperature of a gas flow in the manifold, allowing use of an aspirating smoke detector. An aspirating smoke detector, which is downstream of the cooling system, draws in the gas flow and detects smoke in the gas flow. A controller generates a first alarm in response to the temperature sensor detecting a temperature of the gas flow exceeding a temperature threshold, or a second alarm in response to the aspirating smoke detector detecting smoke in the gas flow.
