摘要: A signal generator has a generator output. The signal generator is configured to generate first and second signals at the generator output. The first signal has a first frequency, and the second signal has a second frequency. Switching circuitry has a circuitry input and a circuitry output. The circuitry input is coupled to the generator output. The circuitry output is adapted to be coupled to an ultrasonic transducer mechanically coupled with a surface. The switching circuitry is configured to: provide the first signal to the ultrasonic transducer at the first frequency to reduce a fluid droplet on the surface from a first size to a second size; and provide the second signal to the ultrasonic transducer at the second frequency to reduce the fluid droplet from the second size to a third size.

摘要: An apparatus for processing a substrate may include a processing module including at least one process chamber performing a desired process on a substrate and an index module transferring the substrate from an outside into the processing module. The at least one process chamber may include a supporting unit on which the substrate is placed and a back nozzle unit disposed under a bottom face of the substrate. The back nozzle unit may include a skirt, at least one back nozzle providing a cleaning solution onto the bottom face of the substrate and a gas nozzle providing a gas onto the bottom face of the substrate. The skirt may include a body and a plurality of first flow paths and a plurality of second flow paths which are formed in the body and provide a gas toward the bottom face of the substrate.

摘要: Methods, apparatuses, and systems for a closed loop product drying process are disclosed. Heated dry air enters a drying chamber, extracts moisture from a product to be dried, and exits the drying chamber, cooler and wetter. A heat pump air handler dries and warms the air from the drying chamber exhaust, and returns it to the drying chamber, in a closed air loop. The heat pump air handler includes a dehumidifier means in the closed air loop flow path. The dehumidifier means removes entrained moisture from wet air exiting the drying chamber, reheats the air, and returns it to the drying chamber.

Each drying chamber 106 includes a plurality of dryer inlets for directing gas from the master chamber 102 into the drying chamber 106, for interacting with said flow of gas-entrained particulate material within the drying chamber 106.

摘要: Methods for drying a substrate. The methods include the following steps: (a) emitting infrared radiation towards a substrate moving through a process space using an emitter unit comprising at least one infrared emitter, (b) generating at least two process gas streams of a process gas directed towards the substrate, (c) drying the substrate by the action of infrared radiation and process gas on the substrate, and (d) extracting moisture-laden process gas from the process space via an extraction duct, forming an exhaust air stream leading away from the substrate. To specify a drying method which is reproducible and effective and leads to an improved result, in particular in terms of homogeneity and speed of drying of the substrate, the at least two process gas streams are guided to the infrared emitter before they act on the substrate, and an exhaust air stream is spatially assigned to each process gas stream.
