    Abstract: A fuse-less ignition system for fireworks. An ignitor module is provided that is insertable into a firework and includes: a first end having an interface adapted to reside on an exterior surface of the firework for receiving a plug; a set of electrical contacts adapted to receive electricity from the plug; a heat element coupled to the electrical contacts and adapted to heat in response to received electricity; and a cavity adjacent to the heat element containing a pyrotechnic material, the pyrotechnic material adapted to ignite in response to a heating of the heat element.

    Abstract: A modular warhead includes an outer warhead subassembly and a core subassembly. The outer warhead subassembly defines a core slot. The outer warhead subassembly includes a warhead body, and a warhead high explosive operative, when detonated, to drive fragments from the warhead body. The core subassembly is mounted in the core slot.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a firearm cartridge with an electroless nickel bullet coating. In embodiments, a nickel-phosphorous alloy is deposited on a copper bullet to produce a coated bullet, a propellant with a copper inhibiting additive is inserted in a cartridge casing and the coated bullet is inserted in the mouth of the casing. Embodiments of the firearm cartridge include a casing, a propellant with a copper inhibiting additive positioned in the cavity of the casing and a copper bullet secured within the casing, wherein the copper bullet has a nickel-phosphorous coating.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a geophysical or seismic exploration system.     Abstract: The present invention is a rear-deploying broadhead with a body that is attachable to an arrow shaft. It has a body attachable to an arrow shaft by any manner known in the art, and has an outer housing, an inner spine, and at least two blades pivotally attached to the inner spine, with the inner spine having a first end with a plunger end, and a second end which is pointed. The broadhead has an external coating of thermoplastic or similar material having an impact value allowing said coating to retain until the broadhead impacts a target, at which point the blades deploy through the external coating.
