    摘要: Methods for the dimensional inspection of a turbomachine component to be inspected are provided. The turbomachine component includes a first surface delimited by a second peripheral surface substantially transverse to the first surface and a profile defined by a numerical theoretical model with a theoretical surface corresponding to the first surface, the first surface having larger dimensions than the second peripheral surface. The method includes determining theoretical points on the theoretical surface of the numerical theoretical model; calibrating calibration points on the first surface of the component to be inspected; calculating an offset axis for each theoretical point with respect to a corresponding calibration point; and acquiring control points on the second peripheral surface of the component to be inspected from the offset axis.

    摘要: A calibrated three-dimensional optical measuring apparatus for the three-dimensional measurement of geometric parameters of a rope has a frame defining and arranged around a rope receiving cavity. A plurality of image acquisition devices is configured to acquire a plurality of digital images of at least one region of an outer surface of the rope. The image acquisition devices are fixed to the frame and arranged around the rope when the calibrated three-dimensional optical measuring apparatus receives the rope in the rope receiving cavity. An attachment device is configured to constrain the calibrated three-dimensional optical measuring apparatus to the rope in a relatively translatable manner with respect to the rope. An electronic digital image processing device is configured to process a multiplicity of digital images and obtain a three-dimensional photogrammetric reconstruction of points of the digital images of the rope acquired by the image acquisition devices.

    摘要: A position calibration system and method are disclosed, in which a control unit is provided to control a positioner sensing module to scan a circular positioner provided on a positioning substrate in a first direction and a second direction so as to acquire midpoints of two scanned line segments and acquire an intersection of lines extending from the two center points in a direction perpendicular to the first and the second directions as a calibration reference point, which correspond to a centroid (a center) of the circular positioner. The calibration reference point functions as a reference point for positioning the positioning substrate with respect to the positioner sensing module and is stored in a memory unit. The calibration reference point can be used as a positioning point during installation of a machine and can also be used for calibration of a position of the machine.
