摘要: A liquid level gauge and waveguide set includes a liquid level gauge installed on a vertical wall of a sewer, so that the liquid level detection module of the liquid level gauge emits radar waves or ultrasonic waves toward a sewage pipeline buried in a ditch on the bottom surface of the sewer for liquid level sensing, and a waveguide fixed on the vertical wall of the sewer with one end thereof facing the liquid level detection module. The waveguide has an exhaust branch pipe extending obliquely upwards from a top wall thereof. The radar wave or ultrasonic wave emitted by the liquid level detection module is reflected by the inner wall of the waveguide and touches the liquid surface covering the periphery of the sewage pipeline, and is transmitted back through the inner wall of the waveguide to the liquid level detection module to obtain liquid level data.

摘要: A wireless drink container can monitor a person's hydration and prompt him or her to drink more if appropriate. The drink containers as described herein can monitor liquid levels and communicate with external devices about the liquid levels and rate of consumption. One or more sensors in the drink container monitor the liquid level within the container. A processor coupled to the sensor(s) estimates how much liquid has been removed from the container from changes in the liquid level and transmits a signal representing the change in liquid level to a smartphone or other external device. It also triggers an audio or visual indicator, such as an LED, that prompts the user to drink more based on the user's estimated liquid consumption and on the user's liquid consumption goals, which may be based on the user's physiology, activity level, and location.

摘要: A sensor arrangement for measuring liquid height in a tank can include a housing, a transducer, and a couplant. The housing can have an interior and an aperture, the aperture placing the interior of the housing in communication with the environment external to the housing. The transducer can be seated within the aperture. The couplant can be mechanically connected to the transducer and can have a compressible couplant body. The couplant body can extend between the transducer and the external environment for transmitting an acoustic pulse from the transducer to a tank bottom for measuring height of a liquid overlaying the transducer.

摘要: A vibrating fork liquid level switch includes a vibrating fork assembly arranged to vibrate at a first frequency when in contact with a process fluid and at a second frequency when in contact with air. A drive circuit connected to the vibrating fork assembly is configured to drive the vibrating fork assembly into oscillation. Sense circuitry senses an oscillation frequency of the vibrating fork assembly. Output circuitry provides a first output when the sensed oscillation is at the first frequency and a second output when the sensed oscillation is at the second frequency. Control circuitry controls power applied to the vibrating fork assembly by the drive circuit between a first and a second power level. Verification circuitry verifies the oscillation frequency of the vibrating fork assembly when power applied to the vibrating fork assembly by the drive circuitry is changed.
