摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a sensor calibration method, apparatus, and device, a data measurement method, apparatus, and device, and a storage medium, where the sensor calibration method includes: acquiring a gravity of a sensor itself and a static force measured in a case that the sensor is in a static state and has no external acting force; performing equivalent calibration processing on the gravity and the static force to obtain a calibrated static force; acquiring a dynamic force measured in a case that the sensor is in a motion state and has no external acting force; performing zero drift processing on the dynamic force according to the calibrated static force to obtain a calibrated dynamic force; and using the calibrated dynamic force as a calibration parameter for performing calibration in a case that the sensor measures an external acting force, to obtain a calibrated sensor with the calibration parameter.

摘要: A system for testing sensors is disclosed. The system includes a platform having a plurality of mounting holes and a microcontroller, the microcontroller having a wireless network interface. The system also includes a mount releasably coupled to the platform through a mounting hole, the mount configured to hold a sensor. The system includes a motor operatively coupled to the platform, and a motor controller communicatively coupled to the motor and configured to drive the motor to rotate the platform about an axis of rotation at a target speed. The microcontroller is communicatively coupled to a sensor releasably coupled to the mount. The microcontroller is configured to receive a measurement from the sensor that is output by the sensor in response to the platform being rotated such that the mount is subjected to a constant centripetal force. The microcontroller is configured to wirelessly transmit the measurement to an external device.

摘要: A system for adjusting torque value settings on click type torque wrenches. The system is configured to limit repetitive motions by an operator including limiting repetitive wrist movements to rotate a wrench handle, while also providing a very portable and easy to use system with built-in safety features. The system includes an electric motor or driver that is operable, e.g., by manual movement of a lever on a controller or control signals from a digital controller, to rotate the head of the wrench while the operator holds the wrench handle in an unlocked configuration. The operator inserts the head of the wrench into an adaptive, self-centering chuck provided at the output of the electric motor. A tool rest extends from a base of the system at an end opposite the mounting chuck, and this rest is configured to support the body of the wrench parallel to the motor shaft.

摘要: A swing torque sensing and transmitting device, flexibly mounted between the grip of a torque tool and the drive head of a bolt or nut, includes a sensing shaft, a torque sensing unit, a battery cover plate, two outer housings, a circuit board module and a battery module. A battery cover plate holds the battery module inside a housing. The circuit board module is set in another housing. The device is swinging in the process of tightening or un-tightening the threaded fastener, by sensing the deformation sensing signal caused by the body bending due to pushing or pulling, which is amplified by the circuit board module, and continuously calculates the applied torque and angular movement of the device, and when the target torque or angle displacement is reached, an audible and visual warning is given while the result is displayed, recorded or uploaded at the same time.

摘要: A force sensor diagnosis apparatus performs a process of diagnosing a malfunction of a force sensor to detect external force applied to a wheel of a vehicle. The force sensor diagnosis apparatus acquires, based on a sensor signal of the force sensor, a vehicle-height direction force component detection value that is a force component in a height direction of the vehicle of external force applied to the wheel, calculates a vehicle-height direction force component estimation value on the basis of a sensor signal of a displacement sensor provided in a part of a suspension of the wheel and detects a state quantity corresponding to a stroke displacement of the suspension due to external force received by the wheel from a road surface, and performs malfunction determination of the force sensor by comparing the vehicle-height direction force component detection value and the vehicle-height direction force component estimation value.

摘要: A system and method for providing tactile sensor calibration that include receiving force data from a force/torque sensor and tactile data from a plurality of taxels of a tactile sensor pad. The system and method also include interpolating the force data and the tactile data and pre-processing the interpolated data to align the force data and the tactile data to match data points. The system and method additionally include dividing the matched data points into individual interactions and computing a linear regression for each segment that is associated with each interaction. The system and method further include determining an amount of force that is absorbed by the tactile sensor pad based on a conversion of tactile measurements sensed by the plurality of taxels into Newtons based on the linear regression computed for each segment.
