摘要: A method of testing an aircraft landing gear is disclosed including: a) generating a test signal with the first tachometer, wherein the first wheel is not rotating during the generation of the test signal; b) receiving the test signal via one of the tachometer output lines; c) issuing a braking command in response to the receipt of the test signal, wherein the braking command is issued via the braking command line which is associated with the one of the tachometer output lines; and d) monitoring a response of the first or second braking system to the braking command to test for a cross-connection between the first and second braking systems. The landing gear includes first and second wheels; a first braking system having a first tachometer mounted to the first wheel and configured to generate a first tachometer signal indicating rotation of the first wheel, and a first brake configured to brake the first wheel.

摘要: Braking device inserted in a test bench (2) for checking the correct operation of industrial screwdrivers, wherein the braking simulates a tightening operation of such screwdriver, comprising a container body (1) on the top of which a coupling (11) protrudes, suitable for coupling with the head (3) of the screwdriver to be tested, said coupling (11) being connected, by means of a shaft (12), to a braking unit (13), an electronic torque and angle detector (14) of the shaft rotation (12). Such braking unit (13) comprises a plate (14), rotated by the screwdriver, which is braked by suitable friction surfaces (15) moved towards the plate by the movement of an actuator; the movement of such actuator is performed by means of at least one electronically controlled piezoelectric element (17).

摘要: A system for displaying contextually-sensitive braking information on a surface of a vehicle is presented. The system may include a transceiver, one or more memories, an electronic display disposed on the surface, and one or more processors. The one or more processors may be configured to detect a braking event of the vehicle, wherein the braking event has an associated braking force. The one or more processors may compare the braking force to a predetermined threshold braking force to determine whether the braking force exceeds the threshold braking force. The one or more processors may further cause the electronic display to display a braking indication having an intensity that is proportional to the braking force, wherein the braking indication may include a braking rationale corresponding to the braking event in response to determining that the braking force exceeds the threshold braking force.

摘要: A method, a robot, and a computer program product for detecting and evaluating a friction status in at least one joint of a robotic arm, wherein, within the scope of a brake test program, at least one motor of a plurality of electric motors is driven automatically in a first rotational direction, wherein a detection of a first motor torque in the driven motor takes place during its rotation in the first rotational direction. The at least one motor is then driven in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction, wherein a detection of a second motor torque in the driven motor takes place during its rotation in the second rotational direction. An automatic evaluation of the first motor torque and the second motor torque takes place in order to obtain the friction torque of the joint associated with the driven motor.

摘要: Various machines, systems, and methods for generating calibration data for a sensorized brake pad are disclosed. In some embodiments, a system includes a fixture, a brake pad retainer, a pressure plate, an actuator and a controller. The actuator applies a pressure to the sensorized brake pad and signals from the pressure sensors are received. Calibration data is generated based on the signals received from the pressures sensors when the pressure is applied to the sensorized brake pad.

摘要: A braking torque sensor of a brake is provided, the braking torque sensor includes: a long circular shaft hole arranged on a brake arm of the brake; a connecting plate configured to detect a braking displacement which is generated by the hinge shaft of the brake element in a long circular shaft hole and varies with the magnitude of the friction force when the braking action is performed by the brake, and convert the detected displacement into a plate deformation of the connecting plate; and a tension sensor configured to convert the plate deformation generated due to the braking action on the connecting plate into force information, and transmit the force information outwards in a form of electrical signal or digital signal. The detection result of the braking torque sensor is consistent with the actual result, so that an abnormal condition of the brake can be detected in time.

摘要: An abnormality diagnosis method that diagnoses abnormality of a braking unit included in a prescribed apparatus that includes: the braking unit including a pressing member, an urging member that urges the pressing member toward an actuator, and an attraction device that releases an urging state of the pressing member that is pressed by the urging member; and a controller configured to control braking by the braking unit and that changes operation programs each including a plurality of operation steps, based on an attraction time period when the pressing member is separated from the actuator to release braking. The abnormality diagnosis method includes: a step of the prescribed apparatus calculating the attraction time period when the prescribed apparatus executes prescribed operation steps associated with corresponding operation programs; and a step of diagnosing abnormality of the braking unit based on the calculated attraction time period.
