摘要: A system includes a controller, a substrate transfer device including one or more moveable members, and a vibration sensor assembly coupled to a member of the one or more moveable members. The vibration sensor assembly includes an accelerometer configured to detect vibration of the substrate transfer device and a processing device coupled to the accelerometer. The processing device is to receive vibration data from the accelerometer. The processing device is further to determine a vibration frequency peak of the vibration data. The vibration frequency peak corresponds to a critical frequency associated with the substrate transfer device. The processing device is further to determine that the vibration frequency peak exceeds a threshold magnitude, responsive to which the processing device is further to cause a data signal indicative of the vibration frequency peak to be transmitted to the controller.

摘要: A MEMS inclinometer includes a substrate, a first mobile mass and a sensing unit. The sensing unit includes a second mobile mass, a number of elastic elements, which are interposed between the second mobile mass and the substrate and are compliant in a direction parallel to a first axis, and a number of elastic structures, each of which is interposed between the first and second mobile masses and is compliant in a direction parallel to the first axis and to a second axis. The sensing unit further includes a fixed electrode that is fixed with respect to the substrate and a mobile electrode fixed with respect to the second mobile mass, which form a variable capacitor.

摘要: In some examples, a device includes a charging circuit with a thermoelectric generator and a kinetic energy generator. An embedded controller (EC) monitors a level of a battery in the device. If the level falls below a threshold, the EC may determine, using an accelerometer, whether the device is in motion. If the device is in motion, the EC may use the kinetic energy generator to charge the battery. If the device is not in motion, the EC may determine, using a temperature sensor, whether there is a temperature difference between two portions of the device. If there is a temperature difference, then the EC may use the thermoelectric generator to charge the battery. If the EC determines that the device is not in motion and there is no temperature difference between the two portions, then the EC may instruct the user to charge the device.

摘要: A testing system for an intermediate steering shaft includes a steering input motor including a shaft. A first U-joint includes a first end connected to the shaft of the steering input motor. An intermediate steering shaft includes a first shaft coupled to a second end of the first U-joint, a slider connected to the first shaft, and a second shaft connected to the slider. A second U-joint includes a first end connected to the second shaft of intermediate steering shaft. A motor includes a shaft and is configured to simulate steering loads. An adapter is configured to connect a second end of the second U-joint to the shaft of the motor. The adapter is configured to cause eccentric rotation of the second shaft of the intermediate steering shaft.
