摘要: A terrestrial acoustic sensor array for detecting and preventing airspace collision with an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) includes a plurality of ground-based acoustic sensor installations, each of the acoustic sensor installations including a sub-array of microphones. The terrestrial acoustic sensor array may further include a processor for detecting an aircraft based on sensor data collected from the microphones of at least one of the plurality of acoustic sensor installations and a network link for transmitting a signal based on the detection of the aircraft to a control system of the UAV.

摘要: Implementations can detect respective audio data that captures an acoustic event at multiple assistant devices in an ecosystem that includes a plurality of assistant devices, process the respective audio data locally at each of the multiple assistant devices to generate respective measures that are associated with the acoustic event using respective event detection models, process the respective measures to determine whether the detected acoustic event is an actual acoustic event, and cause an action associated with the actional acoustic event to be performed in response to determining that the detected acoustic event is the actual acoustic event. In some implementations, the multiple assistant devices that detected the respective audio data are anticipated to detect the respective audio data that captures the actual acoustic event based on a plurality of historical acoustic events being detected at each of the multiple assistant devices.

摘要: An aspect of the invention is directed to a system of both atmospheric and underwater sensors for measuring pressure waves from a noise source. A system of pressure sensors can be formed to determine the location of an external noise source, whether in air or underwater. The system includes at least two arrays consisting of pressure sensors, including at least one atmospheric pressure sensor and at least one underwater pressure sensor, such as a hydrophone. Each sensor may be a seven-fiber intensity modulated fiber optic pressure sensor. The system includes an analog to digital converter for digitizing the pressure data received from each sensor and a processor which processes the received signals to calculate an approximate location of the noise source based upon the pressure signals received by the sensors at different times of arrival. The system can provide this capability in remote applications due to its low power requirements.

摘要: A vehicular alert system a microphone disposed at a vehicle. The vehicular alert system, responsive to processing of audio data captured by the microphone, determines an audio event occurring external of the vehicle. The vehicular alert system, responsive to determination that the audio event occurred external of the vehicle, generates an alert for an occupant of the vehicle. The alert includes vibration of a seat of the vehicle and the alert includes a visual alert at a display screen disposed within the vehicle and viewable by a driver of the vehicle. The visual alert indicates direction toward the determined audio event.
